Massey charged my credit card $225.00 for a 25 minute irrigation service call, that resulted in my problem being fixed. As the technician put it... "it was a super simple fix." He moved some wires in my controller, and that's about it. I have his movements on camera, It was not the problem given to me by the inspector, yet they still charged me for it.Massey Services, Inc.

I was sent an invoice for services completed on 4/30/25. Issue is I have video proof the technician never got out of the vehicle. They promised a technician would also come back out a few weeks after initial treatment to check on effectiveness and they never did.Massey Services, Inc.

I have officially ended my service with Massey Services after a deeply disappointing experience. In 2020, I had them install Sentricon bait stations at my home. Since then, they've conducted annual "inspections," but not once have I seen evidence that each bait station was properly opened and examined as required. In fact, I have photographic evidence proving that many of the bait stations were never opened during these visits.During the most recent visit in 2025, I received a report stating that "all stations were checked and everything looks great." However, according to the report, the technician was on-site for only 17 minutes and supposedly inspected all 36 stations. That claim is simply not credible. Six of those stations are located in our atrium, which requires us to be home to provide accessa fact Ive communicated to Massey multiple times over the past five years. Despite this, no one from Massey has ever contacted us to coordinate access for inspection or responded to our requests.After the technician left, I personally inspected the bait stations and found clear signs of termite activity. Several bait devices were visibly one-third depleted, which, according to ******* (the manufacturer of *********), means they should have been replaced. This did not happen.When I called the *************** and voiced my concerns to the general manager, I was shocked by his response. He told me, Youre not paying us to check bait stations; youre paying us for insurance. If you ever get termite damage, well cover the cost of repairs. That logic is baffling. Shouldnt the goal be to prevent termite damage in the first place by properly maintaining the system?After five years of payments and subpar service, Ive decided to switch to a different provider for Sentricon servicesone that takes inspections seriously. I cannot in good conscience recommend Massey Services to others.Massey Services, Inc.

I contacted Massey to cancel my service after selling my home. During the call, I was informed that a 30-day notice was required to terminate the agreement. However, the contract I signed does not specify a 30-day notice period; it states that I may cancel at any time after three days following the initial service. I clearly communicated that I no longer own the property and requested that no further services be performed.Despite this, a technician was sent to service the lawn, and I was subsequently billed. This is concerning, given that I explicitly stated the service should be discontinued and that I am no longer the property owner. I am still in the process of trying to resolve the cancellation with Massey.Massey Services, Inc.

what can I say, what is already saying from everyone here I am with Massey 10 years and today I am finding some one else, you all prove me right,Massey got to big and has allot of loose end, no accountability for there staff,I had 2 manager at my house they both not respond or fallow up with me, my grass has huge patch weeds everywhere.I am done with this Massey I am done with you, please let **** know why he's loosing so many costumers.Massey Services, Inc.

I paid for a year of Massey lawn and pest when I bought my new build home in 2023. They came out a total of 3 times, two of which were a month or more late. My new sod lawn became overrun with weeds. My daughter has had allergic reactions to the weeds growing. My first documented complaint was in January of 2024, they promised to fix everything. From then I never spoke to the same person twice, they told me there was a shuffle in management but that they were going to make things right. This cycle continued through February 2025 when I to reached out to Massey corporate. They said theyd refund one maybe two services. This is after one of their own technicians said there really isnt anything we can do for your lawn at this point, we dropped the ball. Im still out a year of lawn for my 3 year old to play on and have to either repair or replace it, which will cost thousands of dollars and take months. DO NOT USE MASSEY!Massey Services, Inc.

This is the third time I am informing your company not to send any employees to my property. After a terrible experience with your lawn serviceswhere I was charged for multiple services that were never completedI canceled the Termite installation scheduled by the builder over a year ago.Despite this, your technician recently entered my property without notice, opened my backyard fence, removed all base Termite stations, and left holes around the perimeter. This is completely unacceptable.Your company's lack of professionalism is concerning. I expect a resolution to this issue, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action.Massey Services, Inc.

I was charged for services after I cancelled. they only quit spraying because there was a balance due (for services after I cancelled and paid final invoice) I understand that mistakes happen, but they were unwilling to help and demanded payment in full. Hello Everyone,Massey Lawn service and any services they provide are way sub-par to what other competitors in the same field are offering. My backyard and front yard lawn have been destroyed by Massey. in less than 2 years my lawns have been gone.Each time I contacted some wannabe manager about my backyard it was always an excuse, your lawn needs more sun, or it is not exposed correctly, or your dogs are doing this, we are in ******* for crying out loud not enough sun!! I had to redo my entire backyard with grass on my own.They never said sorry we screwed up, we do not know what we are doing!I went on vacation in June this year and came back 2 weeks later with a notice from my HOA to take care of my front yard apparently that was ravaged with chinch bug, Massey only response was to replace it for $1,000 and guarantee for a year. What did I pay you for this all time! no thank you!No one came to apologize, only after I called 3 times some new manager came and offered to treat the lawn for free for 2 months, guess what? they never came back and when I called to inquire about it, they said the guy was on leave!! unreal!!I asked them to take me off every single contract, termite, pest services, irrigation and lawn but I guess they do not understand or do not want to, they keep calling and asking for payments and I keep telling them I do not want to do any business with them and now they sent me to collection for non payment!!If I could give 0 stars I would!! do not use Massey for anything!Their website is also designed poorly, you can never access anything even when you ask to change your password. A truly horrible and very disappointing experience overall I would never recommend this company to anyone.Massey Services, Inc.
