      The first time I ordered it took about a month for me to get my order, because of "back order", finally received my meds everything is going great meds are working perfect, saw that I was getting low and the next payment automatically came out from my next order which was about three weeks ago and I still have not received the products. Now I'm getting ready to run out of medicine, the lack of communication on this company is very poor, they don't like to advise you or keep you updated on anything. It's very sad since I had highly recommended this product to my friends, so disappointing getting ready to cancel because you can buy the same products at any vitamin place for a lot cheaper!

      This place is a scam. After mailing in my test samples, after a couple weeks of no communication I finally reached out. They said it would be five or six weeks before I would receive results. A week later I received several emails saying that there was a password-protected attachment that had my test results I never could get the attachment opened in customer service was zero help. these guys are either going out of business, or they will be before too long. Total waste.

      Awful. Promises and no results. We took the lab work in early December, yet here I sit, mid-Feb, with no results. Every e-mail is met with "sorry it took us so long to get back to you" and "we'll be completing these soon." All bogus; do not do business with this company

      This is a complete waste of time!!! I cant believe I cant believe anyone would vouch for this company! I am completely unsatifsifed with the product! I emailed the company 2-3 weeks ago and still have not heard back. They sent me results that they send to everyone else, not specifically designed for me! The supplement package is the same thing they give to everyone else that falls for this hoax! I just want my money back and never want to hear about 10xhealth or ********************* again!!!

      Horrible company to work with. Website reads supplements will ship withing 5 business days, it has been almost 4 weeks now and still no products have shipped. My CC was charged immediately though; they keep telling me is they are "tirelessly trying to replenish their stock", which at this point sounds like a copy/paste answer, no firm dates, nothing concrete, just vague replies. They are still actively selling the product they keep telling me is on backorder on their website too, so just charging peoples cards and not fulfilling orders. The supplements are not cheap either, just very disappointed in the service and these guys should be held accountable. At this point I will need to contact my bank to reverse this fraudulent charge. Find another supplement company to work with.

      I agree with the 2 previous reviews. I'm not one who has a lot of money, but I shelled out the 1200 for the blood test and the genetic test. I shelled out $ for a physical and now I'm not hearing a word from them. I can't even get them to give me the recommended vitamins, which would mean more $ for them... nothing but crickets! I can't even get them to confirm that they have received an email, vm, or text. I was told at one point that I was on the call list. That was way over 2 or 3 months ago. I'm glad I haven't handed them any more $$!

      Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. I heard the owner of this company talk about supplements on a podcast and he mentioned his and so I decided to order some. I didnt do any of the testing. I got an email confirming my order but never got any tracking numbers. I emailed, waited a week, no response, emailed again, and then they said it shipped but still no tracking but it arrived that day. I didnt make an account when I placed the order because it was around Christmas and I forgot. A few weeks ago, I remembered that I had a subscription and asked when my next shipment would be. They took a few days and finally wrote back, and it was scheduled right before I got paid and so I asked if they could move it out one day. They said I had to make an account, so I tried, but the website wasnt working because it just kept sending me back to the homepage after I would try to click create account and the password reset didnt work either. I tried to call them and get help but they said they couldnt and would make a ticket for someone to call me. They never did. I continued to play email phone tag with them until finally I had to be rude both on the phone and through email and just cancel everything. This is just ridiculous and I took the first and last names of the people I spoke with and gave them in my submission to the BBB. Apparently all these employees dont talk to each other because They all must work from home and they just redirect it to the next person without any care to actually help you. What awful people and idc how great his pills are its not worth the hassle. Save your money

      Placed an order for vitamins December 20th. Money has been deducted from account. Emailed company January 19th. Received a response of "Hi ****, We appreciate your time reaching out to us. Unfortunately, per checking the supplements that you ordered are on backorder. We are estimating that it will be available within this month. As we know this is an inconvenience, please know that we are working tirelessly to replenish our stock, and will promptly process your order the second our supply is back online! We are sorry for the delay that you experienced. Thank you for your patience in this matter."Emailed them same day to cancel subscription which they did (hopefully).Have heard nothing else and received no product. Just emailed them again today and stated that this feels like a scam and would like a refund (highly doubt I ever get).

      You do not get tailored recommendations. The "service" they provide is borderline fraudulent. They are way better providers of this testing that are less expensive and have better customer service. The customer service at this company is very poor. And they charge you another fee to review your results. All the products on the website you can get for way less money without sacrificing value.I would avoid them at all costs.

      My experience with 10x Health was an absolute disaster. Their touted DNA testing turned out to be nothing more than a money drain, offering a generic diagnosis instead of the promised personal touch. And forget about someone actually bothering to discuss your DNA results with you; it's like talking to a brick wall. The bloodwork process was a comedy of errors, taking over a month to obtain, and then another eternity for a so-called "doctor" to glance at the results. This supposed medical professional seemed more interested in becoming a pill dispenser than tailoring any treatment based on my actual blood work. Ask about testosterone or HGH, and they're handing them out like candy – not exactly the personalized service I signed up for. After enduring a mind-numbing two-month wait for a Zoom call with this "doctor," I supposedly received a prescription (though I never actually laid eyes on it) and was promptly asked to fork over the full balance upfront. I shelled out over $10k, and here I am, several months later, with nothing to show for it. My so-called handler, *****, seems to be on an extended vacation from responsiveness, only offering excuses and blaming holidays when I press for updates. I placed the order back in October, and it's now February – where are my meds? Today, I tried reaching out again, leaving messages on both the main line and ******* voicemail. No surprise, crickets in response. At this point, I'm not just disappointed; I'm demanding a full refund, including the ridiculous $1500 I wasted on their laughable DNA/bloodwork. It seems like if you're not a VIP like **** *****, you're just another sucker for them to take money from. Do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction – stay far away from this joke of a business and find someone local who won't treat you like a cash cow.
