      My husband ordered the genetic test for me as a early Christmas gift (purchased early December 2023). The sample kit arrived promptly and the instructions were clear. It took about a month to get my results back (received 1/17/2024); which I sort of expected as Gray Brecka/10x Health is trending right now. However, the information provided for your genetic breaks is literally the same information Gary provides and talks about on his podcast nothing more... I decided not to purchase the 10x supplements that were recommended. Not only does he give you supplement recommendations on his podcast for free, you can purchase the supplements for a lower cost on your own. Do I think it was a waste of money, no, but would I do it again or move forward with the blood work, no. I personally feel if you're not famous, or rich enough to have Gary as your personal 10x representative then you wont get the experience you were hoping for.

      Do Not Do IT!!!! Took our money and no lab results!!!! My partner and I listen to a podcast where the owner **** promoted his company. We do lots of longevity test and he sounded great.Unfortunately the business end of his operation is a ZERO.No results! I call once a week, only an answering service and no one calls back.Whats the term for when someone one offers a service, takes payment and then provides nothing????Whats that called again???

      I can not access any customer service and am extremely frustrated. We spent over $1000 with this company and simply can not get help. I have found one soul, but customer service clearly is not his job, and he is annoyed with corespondence. I wish I had not made an investment with this company. I should have known when I noticed mis spelled words on the genetic pamphlet they sent me. Very disappointed.*****

      I'd like to give Zero stars. I sent them $599 for a kit. I received kit but messed it up. I needed them to send another kit. They took my $35 and it's been 4 months of me trying to get them to send me the kit. At this point I just want my money back. There's no number to call. They assure me every email that they will send it yet they have not. Total scam!!!! BE AWARE

      My wife and I ordered the genetic testing kits for $1200 total. While our reported results were different the recommendations were the exact same for both of us. The recommendations were to purchase his 10X supplements at a cost of $100's per month. There is no value in the genetic testing. They should simply save people money and recommend their 10X supplement at exaugurated prices. Complete scam of our money.

      Scam genetic testing, its a fraud as $600 price tag for collecting samples and data to upsell services, product's, and provide common sense advice thats available for free on the internet.

      I ordered from this company on 11/27/23. I have yet to receive my order. I have also emailed , called and sent numerous text. I have gotten absolutely no response. They do send out a very nice canned response that says that they are so thankful I contacted them and that they will get back to me. Crickets!! They were certainly quick to charge my card though.
