  First contacted VRO 3/12/25. Got application filled out, notarized and sent off immediately. I paid extra for expatiated services to acquire birth certificate asap (paid max the asked for). I have been given every excuse, told every lie possible, ignored and as of 5/13/25 still awaiting for VRO to mail off notarized, certified, & validated application to the county of birth. I was told I would get a tracking number, then told I would not. They are incompetent's and would request not using this company for anything. Now I will make a 4 hour drive to get my BC. Please note, they will never allow you to speak to anyone higher than the bottom of the totem pole.

  This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! After providing all the required information and payment over a month ago and confirmation it was received, still nothing. Called the customer service number twice, and after sitting on hold for 45 minutes the second time, was told it would be up to 7 more weeks! When I questioned the agent, he abruptly hung up on me! DISGUSTING, I would not recommend this company to anyone ever!

  Worst third party service ever. They never respond and you can never actually reach anyone. I finally ended up having to dispute the transaction with my bank. I will NEVER use them for any reason ever again. I emailed them 4 times and no one has responded. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
