  Having passed almost a year since the last complaint filed, I foolishly expected (hoped?) this company had managed to get its act together. Nope. I had the same experience as the consumers before me, although I requested the refund after the second cancellation. Fortunately, I paid through Affirm, and have cancelled all future payments. My years with Affirm have proved it to be a reliable, thoroughly professional and dependable company, so I have no doubt they will pursue the refund of the one payment made.I agree with ***** A that We Clean Garages is a s****.

  I wish I had done the BBB search before I contacted this company and paid them money. Same story, canceled three service dates (the day before) with one excuse after another. On the third cancellation I requested a refund (just last week) and was told I would have refund in 10 days. From the other reviews I already know that is a lie. They will have one chance and I will contact my credit card company. DONT USE, THEY ARE A ****!

  I originally had contracted this service (the $299.00 package) on 01/30/2023 as a birthday gift and surprise for my husband. A positive thought and good intention has now been turned into a nightmare. The horrible experience already started with scheduling, which lacked professionalism, responsiveness, timeliness, and consistency. Once it was confirmed that they would come on 02/18/2023 between 9AM-1PM, I received a call and text message on 02/17/2023 informing us that they "wouldn't be able to do the job this weekend" and that they would have to reschedule for some time in April! I cancelled the service and asked for a refund on 02/17/2023 and was told that I would be receiving it within a week/5 business days. As you can see in the screenshots attached to this review, I did not receive the refund in the quoted timeframe and was then newly quoted that "the refund will be finished by the end of the month" of March. Then in April I was again quoted a new time frame stating that "before April is over you will have it back." which needless to say did not happen. On 05/02/2023 I was told that they would commit to "begin payment back today via CashApp until the balance is paid in full", which once again is a commitment that they have not kept. We received a CashApp payment of $50 on 05/02/2023, and a payment of $20 on 05/15/2023. No other payments have been received to this date and they have been dragging the refund out since February 2023. As you can see, we have been more than patient and understanding with this company. We have given them ample opportunities to make this right. I informed WeCleanGarages.com on 05/15/2023 that I was giving them until 05/19/2023 by end of business day to refund the remaining $229.00 or I will be pursuing legal action. Payment has not been remitted. I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale to others who read it, so that they do not have to go through this horrible experience too.
