    I love the shirt, it came in a timely manner. My issue is you can see where the heat press was on the shirt. So there is a giant square on the shirt thats a different color. It bummed me out a lot.

    The offer was for buy 1 t-shirt, get 1 t-shirt free. I ordered in mid July & the shirt I paid for was sent out immediately. There was no communication about the 2nd shirt until I posted negative feedback on FB & was told the shirts were in backorder. After waiting some more and no further communication, I told them I would be making a report to the BBB & got a response that the shirts just came in & mine will ship in 1-2 days. When I said I was still making a report & will be happy to share when they make it right, I received a shipping notification almost immediately. Now we'll see if it arrives.

    LOVE this company! Great communications and lovely well made products. I have 6 shirts and am very pleased with them - they also offer great discounts. These make great gifts!!

    I placed an order and during the check out, I accidentally ordered an addition unwanted t-shirt.my fault. I immediately contacted piper and ivy for help with canceling the additional shirt. Three times, I received an AI generated response never addressing my issue. When I try calling their customer service number I am instructed to email the company..same address I used three times prior with no satisfaction. This was at least 10 days ago and I still have not gotten any human confirmation of anything. No shirt, no canceled shirt, not sure where to go from here.

    I really dont want to be that person and waited to post this but so many days without resolution is ridiculous. I placed an order for 4 tees which during that promotion included a free book. I received a shipping notice that all 4 tees and book were sent and when it arrived only 2 tees were included and no book. I dont even care about the free book, I just want the tees I paid for and didnt receive. I called and they dont have vm. I emailed several times and reached out via instagram. Someone finally replied they would be happy to help and to send my info and I did immediately and no one replied after. Whoever shipped it out made a mistake and now Im being ignored. I work for a large publisher and love wearing book merch, *** ordered from several small book tee businesses and have never any this issues. Its frustrating because they basically stole from me. I ordered tees that werent included in the shipment they sent. They said the stickers shipped separately and I dont even want free stickers. Just the items I paid for. Im giving them until Monday before I call my bank to try to get my money back.

    I recieved an order confirmation of an order that I did not request! I have emailed several times and called numerous times...no response! I would never buy from them again since I can not address this issue with them as they will never answer the phone nor respond to my many emails. I have reported to my credit card co.

    Ive ordered 3 shirts on 2 separate occasions from this company. The shirts are excellent quality. Fast shipping, great customer service. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

    Great experience working with this company. The shirts are so soft and comfortable. There was a problem with the color of one of my shirts and they sent me a replacement at no charge. Im sure I will buy from them again.
