I ordered a sandwich online with specific details of what I wanted and did not want on my sandwich. When I got home I discovered it had cheese on it and I specifically requested no cheese. I can't eat cheese. I drove back to the store and told the lady that she got my order wrong. Without asking anything she said "I did not get your order wrong". ***? I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. She is an older lady with blonde hair pulled up in a fanned bun. I later found out she is the *** Wow. *******. She was so rude and combative with me. I asked for her name again and she said "what's your name" in a rude voice. She said she is not giving me her name. She refused to look at my receipt that had the details of the sandwich I needed. She asked me to read her the receipt to her. After reading it to her she asked me what type of bread I wanted (i already read that to her). I said "wheat . She asked this question 2 more times. I had to yell the third time bc she obviously couldn't hear me with the heavy metal rock music blaring in the store. She started to make my sandwich and I went to my car to get something and quickly returned to wait on my sandwich in the store. After waiting a while, I calmly went to her and asked where my order was. She said "I thought you left". I told her I was sitting right there at a table for more than 20 minutes. She said "How would I know that?" ***? So I asked for my money back. She said since it was made online I had to call this number to get my money back. I can't believe what an awful experience I had. She should be FIRED. I literally left there in tears.I tried reaching out to the customer service number, you are not able to speak with a person. i called the corporate number and the number says to leave a message and no one responds. I called the restaurant to get the management information and they would not give me much information

Hello January, 15th 2025 between 5:15 pm-5:29 pm I had to a visit to the Gastonia NC Firehouse Sub for the first time. I was abruptly disrespected by the General Manager name Ms. Vonya. I was verbally attacked with aggression as the General Manager tried to insinuate an act of theft on my part as I was just doing my job as a **** ******. I was instructed by polite team member to grab a Coca Cola bottle from the cooler for my customer. The team member also told me when I’m done that someone would help me at the register to print out a receipt. I thanked the young lady as I proceeded to walk to grab a Coke bottle out of the cooler. Before I could close the cooler door fully. Ms. Vonya came from the back of the house kitchen. She took one look at me and said in gross conduct “So you just gone go ahead grab a coke ” with a sarcastic tone. Ms. Vonya then proceeded to say “you just out here grabbing a coke with no order”. I was baffled and speechless at first. I had informed her in a respectful tone that I have a **** **** order that called for a 20 oz coke and that her team member instructed me to grab the coke. Ms. Vonya rolled her eyes and elevated her tone and voice as she proceeded to say to me “ Come on what’s the customers name”, she repeated twice, rushing me in a rude manner. I Immediately I felt humiliated, disrespected and harassed for no clear reason at all. I was completely confused. Because not only is she addressing me where customers are an audience. But also her team is listening and being an audience while trying to work. I have been a dasher for over a month now. My ratings are 5.0 (Perfect score since the started dashing) which carries the highest score to earn while dashing. My completion rate is at 100%. I also rank in the highest tier in **** ****, called “Platinum status” for my hard work and impeccable **** dashing skills. All my stats can be verified through **** **** and my **** **** app. This matter needs to be addressed properly.

I ordered online for pickup at a firehouse subs location, when I showed up they were closed before their closing time (hours before). When I called customer service, they said the franchise had to give me a refund and there was absolutely no way they could give me a refund outside of that specific store. Turns out that specific store permanently closed a couple days later. Customer service is still sticking with the fact that the franchise has to be the one to refund me. So looks like I’ll never be getting my refund. That is seriously an insane policy.

Awful customer service. How does an owner of 20 years know absolutely Nothing about the app for her business. There were three other employees and not one of them knew anything. There were more employees than customers. I went to get my birthday sub and she said she couldnt honor it because they had new owners and I was a day late. So youre going to run off a great customer over a day. Never once did any of them say Happy Birthday. It was AWFUL. I wont be back. Ill stick with Subway or make my own. Please learn some customer service skills and train your employees. If I could give a ZERO, I would. There was a sign on the door that they are closing early due to lack of employees. I see and understand why. This is the ********** ******* location at *********************.

Hello ****,I'm sorry to hear the staff wasn't able to assist you. With term and condition updates at the beginning of this year the birthday reward is now only available for 3 days, the day before, day of, and day after the birthday on file. There are also requirements such as placing an order within 6 months and 7 days before the birthday, registered to your loyalty account, in order for the reward to load to the account and be used. The restaurant team can't provide the reward back to any guest accounts. For the inconvenience I've provided ****** points to the loyalty account on file, and I do hope you'll visit another Firehouse Subs sometime soon!

I'm writing to formally complain about an incident at Firehouse Subs in ************ (*************************) on October 6, 2023. I placed a mobile order for a Medium ************* sandwich with specific instructions for $9.04, with a 7:15 PM pickup time.Upon arriving home, I discovered two wooden sandwich picks in my meal, resulting in an injury. Subsequent attempts to resolve this issue with the management, specifically the owner, *****, have been unresponsive and unprofessional.I strongly suspect that the inclusion of these wooden picks was deliberate, as they were strategically placed beneath the toppings. I am also concerned that this may be a targeted act due to my minority status and unique name, which is discriminatory and unacceptable. As it appears the company is unwilling to address this matter satisfactorily, my aim is to file a formal complaint to be posted on the Better Business Bureau website to inform the community. Additionally, it's worth noting that while the restaurant swiftly involved the police and trespassed me, their response to the incident has been notably slow, raising questions about potential discrimination.
