    Scam scam scam. Just like everyone else, ordered shirts, promised 2-4 weeks delivery, now well past that timeline and no shirts. Reached out asking for status, no response. Im in the process of getting a refund from PayPal, but company is completely unresponsive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this scamming company.

    I placed an order in early January 2024. Immediately received 2 emails and slow order fulfillment and proudly made in *** products.The 6 shirts I paid for were never received nor would anyone email me back by late March. I tried to call to get nothing but a voice mail and no way to leave a message. Ultimately I grew tired of waiting and used PayPal to purchase so opened a claim to get my money back. It took PayPal about 10 days and gave me a refund. I'm unsure why but as I read I'm not the only one and for the last year issues are apparent with salt devil's out of *******. Beware has a scam feel to it especially when they are currently running ads on ******** (3-16-24) and if you go to their fb page it's updated.. keep your money in your wallet and spend elsewhere.

    I am so glad I paid for my t. Shirts with PayPal. Because after 3 months there was no delivery. So I just went through PayPal and was immediately refunded if I didn't say anything. I never would have got my money back. They made no effort whatsoever to return my money. I hate how these companies collect your money. Don't send a product and then declare bankruptcy. Which looks like where this is headed with all the complaints.

    Total scam!! Placed an order for one shirt in January. Received a few emails saying they were busy but working on my order. Once the full four weeks passed, I have emailed and called with no response.

    I ordered two shirts from this company in early December 2023. I received a confirmation email stating the order would ship in 2-4 weeks. When no delivery at the end of January, I emailed for an updated status. No answer. After more emails went unanswered, I complained to PayPal who quickly reimbursed me for my purchase. Thank you to PayPal. After reading many similar complaints on the BBB, I suspect this company has gone out of business. I would not order from them at all. You will lose your money if not using PayPal.

    Only giving one star since you cant give zero. Placed and order December 15th 2023. They acknowledged order in several emails stating they are 2 to 4 weeks for production. Then an email saying they are a few days behind. They refuse to answer phone. Refuse to answer email and when you leave a comment on their FB page they block you. Do not do business with this company. Liars, theives and scammers.

    The Salt Devils company has terrible customer service and the posted production time of 2-4 weeks on their website is false. I ordered and paid for four (4) t-shirts on 11-24-2023 and they acknowledged receiving this order on the same day. Since then I have made numerous calls to their business phone which goes directly to a voice message to refers you to email them. I have sent them three emails and still have never had any response from them.To this date, 01-29-2024, I have still not received my order or gotten a response from the Salt Devils company and it's been 10 weeks since they acknowledged receiving my order. I notified them that I am cancelling my order and now I will be making a claim with my credit card company.I will never do business with Salt Devils again nor would I recommend them to anyone as I believe this company to be a scam.

    I am in the process of fighting these liars and thieves to get my money back. I am about to file a report with the police where they are located. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I placed an order for 2 T-Shirts for Christmas gifts back in early December and have not received the shirts or an answer to my 10 messages. They have turned off their phone leaving only a message that they are behind in production. When you hit the email button on their site, it does nothing, so they have disabled that as well.

    I Have ordered and paid for two shirts from this company on the 25th of November 2023. Today is January 9th **** and I have not received my order. I have tried contacting this company by calling and emailing them multiple times with no response. Either send me the two shirts I ordered or reimburse me the money I spent.

    In October 25th 2023, I ordered,and payed for three shirts, I was informed me order was received, it is now the end of December, and have not heard from this company in over a month. I have e- mailed, and attempted to call on numerous times with no response.
