    Purchased 3 shirts on July *******. Have emailed numerous times. Have tried calling 3 different numbers, have not heard back from. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Placed order Dec.18 ,23 still have not received it. I have sent multiple emails. The first email they answered in Jan 24 said they were backed up to give them more time. I sent another email in April no response. It's July still no shirts from Christmas. 1 star

    I placed an order on December 13, 2023 for 2 shirts. I have ordered from them before with no issues. This last order though is completely different. I have sent 2 emails, one in April and one in May with no response. I mean it has only been 6 months since I ordered, don't rush and mess up my shirts. At this point I don't expect I'll receive my shirts or get my money back, so I hope the owner(s) enjoyed spending my money on whatever habit they have. I would've at least liked to have received an email telling me that they are working on fulfilling my order, you know, make me feel good. But I guess their computers are down too. So I guess what I'm saying is delete their emails and don't order from this company. Thanks, Tony W

    They had my well over a month and have gave me excuses about there policy Ive bought from this company last 4 years each has gotten worse with delays then no return emails now they are completely ghosted me. I just want my money back or my shirts I ordered month ago or some kind of answer what is going g on. Thank you

    Placed an order 1/26/24. Have not received as of 4/26/24. No response to numerous emails. Phone has been disconnected. What a SCAM!!!!

    I've placed 3 orders with Salt Devils - the first 2 orders I did receive after a lengthy amount of time. They advertise 2 to 3 weeks. The first 2 orders I made took over 2 months for each. The 3rd order I made was placed on December 17th, 2023. I've requested updates from them but have not received any. As of today, April 18th, 2024, I have not received any updates from Salt Devils. More importantly, I have not received my order either. 4 months and counting . . . . Additionally, I believe the "management" at Salt Devils may have started another online business under another name. Most of the graphics are the same there as they are at Salt Devils and the location is nearly identical.

    On December 24th 2023, I ordered 3 shirts from Salt Devils and paid for them in full. I did receive an email in January saying that my order was 2-4 weeks out and that they are a small business and custom created the shirts as the orders come in. I have given them more than ample time to create my shirts and send them to me. Here we are now in April and I still haven't received my order which I already paid for!! I have emailed them several times with no response as well as tried to call them only to get information that their voicemail was full and not accepting messages. With this information, I come to the BBB with high hopes that they can either get Salt Devils to send me my shirts that I paid for or see to it that I am reimbursed in full. This is EXTREMELY TERRIBLE business practice on their end!Sincerely,*****************************

    Placed an order for 2 shirts and a decal from Salt Devils. Order #****** was placed Jan 6th, 2024. They sent an email on Jan 31 saying they were still 2 to 4 weeks behind on orders. Since then, no product, no contact, no nothing. This place is what I consider to be a SCAM!!! I urge anyone thinking about ordering from them to stop and reconsider. I had to select a star rating. The lowest you can choose is one star, Salt Devils doesn’t deserve that high.. Tad *********

    DO NOR ORDER. Ordered 1/25/24 and never came. Requested 6 times as these were a gift. No answer to any form of communication. Thank God for AMEX dispute. Filed so will send Amex after them.

    I just contacted my credit card company to dispute charge with Salt Devil. I placed an order on 2/17/24. Got the weekly emails telling me they were behind but working "around the clock" to fill orders. Those weekly emails stopped on 3/9/24. I reached out to them via email from update 2 weeks ago. No reply. Then I found this page and you can see a pattern is forming. I'm not sure what's going on with them. I've order a few times in the past with no issues.
