    Not even sure it should have a star at all. Got the **** card put it in my phone didn't work so removed it so I put my old **** card back in my phone now my phone won't recognize my **** card so my phone is only able to make emergency calls now. So no I would not recommend your product.****

    I have contacted ************* about replacing a new Sim card because the one they sent for my tablet did not work. If I tried to call it was recording advising me to write to support, I'm sorry that is no way to run a company and have customer service almost invisable to customers

    Thus company sent me a phone, however, it was supposed to be a sim card since I was keeping my same number. So they said they were sending me the *** card. Then after a few days they told me I was being cancelled because my acp was being serviced through another carrier. I did not know who because I did not make that change. Then I called customer service and they said that I WAS getting a sim card..they apologized for the delay but assured me it would be coming in the mail. Well, that was 2 weeks ago and I STILL have not received anything. Also, the sound is already going out on this phone. I have to hold the phone with both hands to be able to use it or I have to use my Bluetooth speaker. I think I may have to get a new phone now. So that's my experience!
