    At first the website seemed a bit sketchy, but they promptly shipped the device. I was sent an iPhone that is very old, and is incompatible with todays popular apps. Security is a problem. Due to the age of the device, it will not receive anymore security updates. To make matters worse, it was/is covered in glitter and is bowed like a banana. The tablet I received, is likewise outdated and came with a sharp cracked screen. I was pretty upset to learn that most companies issue brand new devices. Im wondering if Unity wireless is billing the government for new devices.

    HORRIBLE, I would give 0 stars if I could... They claim they received your email and will get back to you with a certain amount of time, but they never do. They ruined my ACP discount with my internet provider by signing me up for their service without my permission and months later I have still not fixed the problem because of their lack of response. This company is a scam and should be reported 10x over for their lack of communication and false claims.

    I canceled the account in January immediately after signing up because I didnt want my ACP discount taken off of my home internet. The phone number is useless as no one answers. Finally found the right email address to get a response and the account was closed. Exactly one month later I receive an email from them with the password to activate the account and an email reminding me to use the service before I lose my benefit. I look at my home internet account and see that my benefit is gone. Unity Wireless had reactivated the account and transferred my benefit without my consent. I emailed them to cancel it again and they claimed a software issue was the cause. Being that this is a common on going issue with this company I dont believe its a software issue, they are behaving fraudulently. I have transferred my benefit back to my original provider(a reputable company that requires signed and dated consent to transfer).

    Y'all ****. My internet is really really slow. Sometimes it doesn't even work. Drops calls while people are calling me. Y'all won't give me a new phone or fix my phone. I'm using ******* hot spot just to use my internet.

    Total trash. Promises "premium devices on a premium network" but delivers garbage device **************** 10 tablet) on an LTE network! **************** is practically non existent.This provider totally screwed my Lifeline and ACP eligibility causing me to necessitate reapplication (ACP is no longer accepting 'new applicants' so, last that benefit thanks to this provider) Trash provider offering trash service .
