    Our experience with Fabritech was excellent. We are very happy with the quality and appearance of our new pool enclosure. Our first contact was ***** *********, and he was a class act and advocate throughout the process. For us, we didn't get our insurance money before they could do the work. Would propose Fabritech to anyone.

    We placed a deposit in May 2023 for an extended lanai and screen enclosure. We were told they would get the pavers down by early fall but couldnt guarantee the cage would be completed by January of 24, unless we pay more cash to workers. Since we have renters coming in mid January we asked to be first on the list for ***** of 24. We had two conversations. One in end of March assuring our job was in line for beginning of *****. Second phone call was that they had the pavers in stock and would start end of this week. We have called every day office and *****, the sales guy. No return calls, cant get any information on what is going on and mailbox is full at office. We are concerned about this company and they have our deposit since last May.

    I went into contact in July of 2023my sale person said the job would be completed by the end of the year just a screen enclosure 35 x15 I have provided ****************************************************************************************************** my driveway on the 26 of December blocked my garage door Now my Hoa whats a date on when the pavers are going to be moved I left a number of msg for a response from the sales asst or the sale office the main office said contact the sale person but he wont reply via email text or phone calls

    This is a no star company. No updates, no communications and no customer service, just nothing. Its not about supple chain issues or lack of installers it about keeping your customers informed.Where they stand in the process and likely fabrication schedule, permit time and installation.Eager to talk and take a deposit, then disappear into a self imposed No Contact zone for months and now over 1 year. We are waiting since 10/22, 10 days after the storm (***) 50% deposit paid. Ownership must believe customers don't deserve to know what he is doing.I make all contacts and sometime they return the contact with a generic statement about managenent. I've contacted owner and the results were the same.Most times I'm ignored. Somedays the phone just goes unanswered.I drove to their production facility in October and was told job was on the shop floor. For three months now. I was happy the doors were still open, unhelpful, but open.These guys are just the opposite of everything you want in a company. A 1 Star ration is a default setting, that's hasn't been earned.Ownership should be embarrassed.

    Contracted in September 2022, pre-**** with hefty down payment for new pool screen. Screen is still not installed - October 2023. No contact from management since May 2023. Biweekly attempts, but nothing back except '...your email has been forwarded to management...'. Is this company even still in business?

    This company needs to be subject to a full investigation of fraud. They immediately came out for estimate, demod the cage within 2 days, collected a hefty deposit and then have misled and even tried to blame us for having the expectation their sales team set of a 6 month window for completion. Our initial contact wont answer emails, corporate office lied to us twice about coming next week, **** was built and crew was scheduled. No response from owner *************************** or operations manager *************** now they have lied to my wife then when she called back, told her she didnt actually talk to them. Most unprofessional and corrupt organization I have ever dealt with. Will be seeking legal action.

    Its been over 13 months and we still have not received a date on our screen inclosure. Communication with the company has been terrible. If it was not for us reaching out over this last year we would not have known anything about our project. Company tell us that management said it will be finished in 2 weeks and that was already over a month ago. Terrible customer service. Will not be recommending them.

    After reading some of the reviews here, I realize that I am not alone in this situation. Last May ( Im referring to 2022) I had a representative from this company come to our home and take measurements to enlarge the lanai that was built with our home. A contract was signed and the required deposit was paid for this project to be done. At this point in time, over 14 months have gone by. During that time, the old lanai was torn down and a beautiful floor for the new lanai was put down. Months later, someone came and took measurements for the cage to be built. Needless to say, I was excited about this step thinking we were finally going to have our new lanai. Wrong! No one has been back at all; and the calls I have made with voicemails left and the texts that I have sent have all been ignored. I have asked via both texts and voicemails if they could tell me an approximate date for the completion of this project. I have paid all of the bills that they have sent as soon as I got them. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with this situation.
