Onlyfans notified me that my account was hacked and my account was blocked for my security. I sent all documentation to reinstate the account. Once reinstated, I found content that I did not order. There was a subscription, I only had free subscriptions. I was charged for alleged purchases and subscriptions during the period in which I was locked out of the account. I contacted **************** about the unauthorized charges. I would only receive single sentence responses such as "your charge is a subscription". I told them that the charges were during me being blocked and that I only had free subscriptions. They simply responded that I would have to pay the full amount for reinstatement. At this point I notified the credit card companies of the fraud. The Credit Card Companies investigated the incident. They took into account the notice of the hacking from Onlyfans. The fact that the subscriptions were activated while my account was locked and that there was no way for me to unsubscribe since the account was blocked (Plus the hacker subscribed I didn't). Two credit card companies found fraud and the fraud department reimbursed me. Now Onlyfans says I have to pay them in full, going against the fraud investigation findings, and that charge backs are against their terms. It was NOT a charge back, it was a reimbursement due to fraud (hacking).Business Response

There are two content creaters on ************************** that have scammed me. I have contacted customer service with both of these issues and customer service has not gotten back to me. I have one creater who promised to make me a custom video if I paid 35 dollars, which I did using the onlyfans tip function. The user did not make me the custom and is playing games saying she is going to leave Onlyfans, and leaving me in the dark. I have attached proof of this. Another Onlyfans creater promised to live video call me if I paid her $30, which I did through thr Onlyfans tip function. I then video called her and she played a video. I exited after a few minutes to call her out for not being live, which is what I paid for, and using a video. I then proceeded to tell her to say hi or anything that would confirm it was live. I video called and she didn't answer and told me to wait. After a bit she said ok, and I video called and she played another video. No "hi" or anything to show she was real. I exited in less than a minute and called her out. She then admitted guilt by saying she could send me videos instead. That's not what I paid for. I have attached photos to prove this. She is a fake creator using videos of someone that is not them to scam ppl out of money. I want my refund for both scams that scammed me out of $30, and $35. The site is crawling with fake users promising things in exchange of money and then never delivering because Onlyfans just ignores people seeking refunds when contacting customer service, which puts no protection in place to keep fake people from using the site and scamming people who are supporters. he radar. But when my subscription expired. I resubscribed so that I would continue to receive content from her. Upon which she got wise to and finally blocked that account. In frustration I threatened to leak her content. She sent me a response of email which included the same threat to leak my content right back. Apparently she reported me both onlyfans and the other platform. I have already been banned from the other platform and I was notified after a week's time of having my account under review by which time to content creator had finally already apologized for misinterpreting my initial statement, yesterday Onlyfans sent me a message saying that they will deactivate my account in ban me from the platform. I forgive the content creator for her actions however, they should have given her the same punishment or let me off with a warning. I have been trying to become a creator for a long time, but it seems every time I create an account with ********************** they delete my profile after the authentication process. I have never stolen, posted any bad content not permitted on the site, or made any false transactions/scammed anyone. I would love to work with this company but they make it increasingly hard to be on their platform because they delete creators randomly and are hard to reach to resolve issues. Reactivate my OnlyFans account.I paid lots of money to be VIP members with some people. The only reason I sent pictures of my daughter was because I became good friends with those content creators and I trusted them. After becoming good friends, we talked about each families, so it was only natural. I would like to express my concern regarding the practices of this company pertaining to the compensation in "Fenix Tokens," a form of cryptocurrency. Upon signing up, I was "awarded" these tokens as part of a promotional offer. However, it has become evident that there is no feasible method provided to convert these tokens into U.S. dollars or to withdraw them into a personal wallet. Despite this, the company issued a Form 1099 stating these tokens as income, which is misleading since they hold no accessible monetary value. This practice not only misrepresents the nature of the income but also complicates financial and tax obligations for recipients. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to prevent further inconvenience and potential financial liability for others. After a thorough investigation, we can confirm that we do not provide compensation to our creators via cryptocurrency, nor are we familiar with "Fenix Tokens." Creators receive their payouts directly into the bank account linked to their profile. Based on these payouts, we provide a 1099 form for the past year (the form includes payouts withdrawn to the bank account only). All creators receive their 1099 form by mail and can also download it from the banking page of their profile.
According to our review, the user has received the correct *********************************************** USD for 2024.

In December 2023, I was scammed by one of their content creators. I and the content creator made an agreement, and this exchange was documented and forwarded to the business. We agreed I would pay a price of $350 in exchange for content I had requested. I would pay half up front and the rest upon delivery (i.e., after receiving the content). The content creator then told me they would not be sending me any content, despite earlier agreeing to do so. Of course, this is fraud, so I requested my money back from my credit facility. The business then suspended my account because I had initiated a chargeback claiming that I had received what I had paid for. I filed a complaint internally with the company. *****, a representative from the company, began repeatedly insisting that there was no fraud or scam despite the fact that I had showed her the documentation clearly showing the content provider agreeing with me to provide certain content and then not sending me any content at all, even after I had already paid half in advance as we agreed. She began insisting that actually, "there was no agreement confirmed regarding the content specifics, price, timelines, or delivery methods." She failed to realize that if that she said were true, then how can she claim that I had received what I paid for? This resulted in a needless back-and-forth where she continually refused to admit that her content creator was in the wrong, despite the fact that this creator was under investigation previously for complaints about **** and fraud. Subscribed to a free profile then paid $15+ tax for the premium / spicy profile. This user had the same exact content on that as the free one. This is a SCAM as they are leading people to believe that by paying they get more but they dont! I reported this to customer service and asked they remove this account and refund my money and they refuse to do anything about it which in turn makes your operation a SCAM too by supporting it so you get your cut of the money. I was blacklisted for supposedly requesting a refund. I dont remember doing that and, whenever I do request one from somewhere, I ask not to get one if itll result in me being banned. I didnt use the accounts often and just now a few days ago they were banned. At first, all OnlyFans said was I violated a rule and didnt say what it was and sent me the list of rules. I pride myself on following rules and I never wouldve broken it if I knew it was against the rules. I have autism and dont understand things that arent in plain language and theyre not in plain language. I even have a case manager because of my disability. I tried understanding the rules I was sent but I couldnt. Eventually, I was told it was because of the alleged refund. I was also told that if I pay the $10 on one of the blacklisted accounts, then theyll be reactivated. Im willing to but theyre blacklisted. Its a catch-22. I submitted an appeal and within 1.5 hours, I got a response that it was carefully evaluated and the appeal was denied and the decision is permanent. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they werent intentionally discriminating against me. After I became vulnerable and revealed my personal problems (lautism) to provide context and STILL was denied, I now am convinced that I was intentionally discriminated against. Our investigation revealed that the user initiated an unauthorized chargeback against OnlyFans using their duplicate account @**********, which has been deleted, making it impossible to restore for the purpose of settling the clawback.
Per our Terms of Service (****************************************), which all users agree to upon registration:
"You agree that you will not make unjustified requests for a refund in respect of any Fan/Creator Transaction or tip to a Creator, or unjustified chargeback requests of your payment card provider in relation to any Fan/Creator Transaction or tip to a Creator. If we consider that any request for a refund or chargeback request was made by you in bad faith, we have the right to suspend or delete your User account."
However, we are making a one-time exception by reinstating the profile @u428912638, associated with the email address ************************ The user needs to log in to the profile, agree to our TOS, and commit to not violating them in the future.
The user is not required to pay a $10 fee but must comply with our regulations and refrain from initiating chargebacks in the future.
