    I purchased a 2-year vacation package with this company (AKA, Tramerigo) for $1000.00 in 08/2023. Membership guaranteed discounted prices for travel accommodations. Annual dues were waived, and 2 free travel vouchers were included. Vouchers had to be "activated" by paying "government taxes/fees" of $150 for each voucher. When I went to schedule dates, no matter what date I chose rooms were unavailable. There was an option to "upgrade" and miraculously there was availability for all of the dates that I had previously attempted, so I paid an additional $42 to book the "upgraded " room. When we arrived for our vacation the hotel that we booked was absolute trash and did not look anything like the pictures posted on the web. The cost of the rooms in this hotel was less than the amount that I had paid thus far. We decided not to stay there and paid an additional $263 for another hotel and did not receive a refund for the cost that we paid for the room. When I contacted the company, they transferred me to several different departments and ultimately, I was unable to connect with anyone that could help me or even take the details of my complaint. They told me that my account had been cancelled for nonpayment of annual dues, but I had not been notified of this. They also told me that someone would contact me, but I have yet to receive a phone call. I attempted to contact someone via the web but received an AI generated response informing me that contact by phone was not an option. My direct out of pocket loss totals $1,605.00, which may be more if I decide to attempt to use the 2nd voucher that I was given.

    vailing travel-industry practices of being able to select just one is buying.Furthermore, one is also locked in to a specific destination and it cannot be changed. Upon reaching the site where taxes and fees are assessed, when it is such a specific amount that is shut charged it is because you already know what hotel is on the back-end. Why create a layer of deception?Fees also seem inflated and not reflective of actual ****************************** is used as the third-party provider. What are you hiding s tied party when your core business is wholesale at-cost travel? It is to deflect responsibility.Please receive a formal complaint .They make it an art form to ***ly to answers in this medium and make it seem like its an honest misunderstanding when it is a methodical process which the agents are trained to finesse.     Can the customer provide an email of where a purchase was made, there would have been an email submitted with activation and charge amounts?

    The company is acting unethically. The girl previously told me she would reach out and she never did. I want the free stay at the *************** in *****. At this point they should provide 2x.

    You guys are giving me the runaround. Aloha Hawaii Tours and Travel provided the voucher in September. The screenshot is from a subsequent email sent in October, after I became fed up with everything. Another associate promised to replace this - they never got back to me. Look at the attached screenshot and kindly confirm how to proceed. At this point my package should be for a longer duration and two are actually in order - back to back at the *********************.

    PS - your taxes are inflated. The resort fee Ill pay onsite if it is applicable. After all this, the least that you can do is cover the taxes and any fees, other than the resort fee, charged at: they come from Redeem Vacations and not anyone else.

    SCAM!!!!!! I paid ****** for nightly taxes on July 12 for this Hawaii trip. I called with a question about my booking and the hotel at ********** said Redeem Vacations canceled my booking. I confirmed my booking and have receipts/emails that I paid. Please refund my money!

    Hello,On 8/13/2024, I received a complimentary Hawaii Vacation and I was charged $384.75 for the processing fees and taxes. This is for a FREE Hawaii Vacation for 5 nights and 6 days. The promo is valued at up to $1845. Not sure how this is a complementary vacation if the payment is going through as a Monster Reservation Groupon. As I proceeded to book the rooms with ************** in ********, ** - It only allowed me to book for 3 nights. I looked at **************'s website to confirm availability and they had the 5 nights/6 days available through their website with a total of $942.01 for the entire week. Why is Redeem Vacations aka Monsters Reservation Groupon stating this is a FREE COMPLIMENTARY VACATION when this company charges fees and taxes, and then you have to pay the taxes at the hotel again? Double fees. Major SCAM!!!

    On February 8th, 2023, I paid to activate the ********* vacation with a sum of $99.72. On May 29th, 2024 I paid an additional fee of $130.74 to book the *************************** for the dates of August 2nd- August 5th 2024. On July 20th, 2024, I received a text asking to confirm the reservation to which I replied yes. I got a response stating that my reservation was confirmed on the same day. When we arrived to the hotel on August 2nd, they concierge stated that they did not our reservation under my name or under my friend's name whom the reservation was under. We both contacted redeem vacations via their customer care website for which we did not receive any response till 8/12/2024. - Thank you for your help and please let me know if you need any other information for this process

    They helped resolve my issue, but in asking about another issue they dodged my questions.

    *********************during the summer months, which are the only times my spouse and I can travel due to school commitments. This made it impossible for us to utilize the package.Las Vegas Switch: I accepted an offer to switch to a ********* trip with a $500 hotel savings card. Unfortunately, the card provided minimal value, offering only about $80 off a hotel, leaving me with a $300 out-of-pocket cost. Attempts to apply the savings card to activities were futile, as no results were found for any date on the activities listed that I was interested in. -- False advertising.The company has taken my money under misleading circumstances and provided little to no value in return. I urge redeem vacations to improve their booking system to ensure transparency and better customer service, allowing consumers to make informed decisions.
