    This was by far the worst experience renting a vehicle. When I booked my rental through AAA I was given a total of $50.71, I knew I would have a deposit upon arrival like every rental company. I arrive at the airport waited 39 minutes for shuttle, get to the **Save rental location and the horror started. Was told there is a $5,000.00 deposit!! $45 daily for insurance, told the guy I have my own with full coverage he then says it will be a $2K deposit then or I can pay $15 a day to bring the deposit down to $500 even though on the website under policies it says $250.00 when you use a major credit card! Then he asks if Id like to add a toll pass for each day, I tell him no I wont be on the toll passes and he proceeds to tell me there is no way around it, you need to pay for this or you will be charged $29.99 a day plus tolls because there is no way around tolls in this area. I sighed and added the $14.99 a day and GUESS WHAT!?!? I NEVER WENT ON ANY TOLLS!! No refunds for that or the payment to lower a deposit. SCAM!!! 100% SCAM!! Now lets talk about the car It had marks all over the sides, the previous person smoked in ********* didnt clean the vehicle properly. The windshield had that thick layer of nicotine thats hard to clean off windows, car smelled like a ashtray after we parked it over night. Like they sprayed something to mask the smell temporarily. If you rent from them be prepared to have extra funds or another credit card so your vacation isnt ruined!Customer service ***** as well. I was handed the key and told its parked by the fence. Go out there and the car was in the corner blocked by other vehicles. Took me 2 times of walking back in there saying I cant find it, then almost 10 minutes before he finally came out. Two workers and one barely spoke English and the other didnt speak English at all. If she did speak English she surely played the card well of not being able too. Anyways this rental went from $50.71 to $221.00 plus the $500 deposit

    When I booked on line I got a different price than when I arrived to their office. In fact, for a compact low end car the price tripled. They claimed I needed proof of insurance - which I had. But when they saw ********** auto policy- they said they didnt take that insurance. I was told I still had to purchase additional liability collateral at 48$/ day. Add on daily toll fees and well the price soars. Their prices are misleading.
