    Avoid this place at all costs. From the moment I arrived at the airport, it was a disaster. This company is a complete scam, with dishonest practices, poor communication, and unsafe vehicles. They should be shut down. Avoid this place at all costs.The directions they provided were completely misleading, instructing me to go to a bus stop that didn't exist. Number shown was disconnected! Used number in email; again, no one answered. Get texts saying, "Hi! This is U-Save. How can I help you?" Spoiler alert: they never respond to replies. I thought this would be the worst part of my experience, but I was wrong. At the register, I was told that the only car they had was a tiny, run-down vehicle, which seemed odd for 10 a.m. He then asked if I was purchasing insurance. I explained that I had already purchased insurance through ******* when I booked the car, but ***** claimed it didnt meet their mysterious requirements. Despite showing proof of my own full coverage insurance, he made up an excuse about needing a minimum of $300,000 in coverage (contradicting their own emails). They forced me to buy their insurance, turning my $80 rental into a $270 nightmare.When I finally got into the car, I barely made it down the block before the electrical system failed. The entire radio system stopped working. I returned to the location, and ***** attempted to fix it. He tried a full system rebootstill nothing. They told me to come back the next day to swap vehicles.I didnt travel to ******* to play games with a rental company! When I called the next morning to confirm the car swap, no one answered (again). After calling back-to-back all day, I finally got a call at 4:23 p.m. saying theyd "call me right back." An hour later, I called again and was told the location was closeddespite being told they closed at 8 p.m. Apparently, they had technical issues. Oh, and dont believe their 5-star ratingsthey bribe customers with a $25 refund for positive reviews.

    U-save actually means Gotcha. Upfront prices are merely a bait. Once you show up, they will NOT rent you if you dont buy their extra insurance for half a million dollars at $30/day. Dosent matter you purchased insurance thru your rental. So very dishonest company.

    THEY ARE A WICKED AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!THEY CHARDED MY ***D FOR THE AUTHORIZATION AND THE ACTUAL COST OF THE *** RENTAL. I WAS TOLD THAT THE AUTHORIZATION WOULD NOT BE CHARGED AND WOULD BE RELEASED AFTER I RETURNED THE ***, BUT WHAT THEY DID WAS CHARGE THE AUTHORIZATION ON THE *** I RETURNED THE *** AND ITS BEEN 9 ***S AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT RELEASED THE AUTHORIZATION, BECAUSE THEY DID AS CHARGE, SO IF YOU NOT PAYING ATTENTION OR FORGET, THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE THE *** RENTAL CHARGE ON THE *** ITS PICKED UP AND THE AUTHORIZATION ON THE *** YOU DROP OFF, ITS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE ON THE SAME ***. ALSO THEY MADE ME GET THEIR *** INSURANCE, WHEN MY INSURANCE IS A WELL KNOWN COMPANY, THAT DISCLOSURE SHOULD OF BEEN PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER PRIOR.

    I rented a vehicle from *** location Nov 18th, 2023. I returned the vehicle Nov 25, 2023 at 6am...I placed car keys in after hours drop box.It is now Dec 16, 2023 and I am still waiting on the $500.00 Sec Dep refund. In addition I was charged $138.51 Dec 6th, 2023 on my CC. I am requesting both charges to be refunded.I called customer service several times. I have yet to hear back from anyone.Their explanation when I spoke to CS. is, they claim or thought I still have vehicle? I'm not sure how they came to this conclusion? Do they not Log, clean and take inventory daily to close the account???Anyway this is completely incorrect.I had 9am flight from *** to *******. I have proof of flights and an *ber receipt showing I was picked up at 6 am from the * Save *** location, taking me to airport.This needs to get corrected ASAP.I'd appreciate some feedback. I have made several calls to **************** with zero return phone call or email.It is now 3 weeks since I returned vehicle.

    If I could leave 0 stars for this business I would. We booked through a 3rd company site and they showed up as the lowest priced rental car place but once you get there they nickel and dime you for everything. They say you have to pay for their car insurance, you have to get their toll/smart pass that gets a charged daily, and you wait forever to then find out they want a $2k deposit. They are running some shady undercover business here. Theres piles of paperwork in the desk area, its very off site from the airport and not professional at all. Terrible business, never rent a car here.

    By far the worst car rental experience I have ever had in my life. Dealing with you safe car rental has been a complete nightmare that I never ever couldve imagined.

    If I can give them a ZERO I would. I went through AMEX TRAVEL thought ok good ***** for a car rental for 3 days. Well we'll well #1. they did not put me in the car that was reserved and they tried to upgrade me to another ***** asked how many in my party what does that matter I reserved a car. Then asked for 2k deposit look i understand dep but 2k then lowered to ****. Still I was like wth ????? and Amex covers 75k also luckily I had my Dec sheet for my own insurance ?? like it's on my app. Then I used my own ezpass and they tried billing ****** after I had my own ezpass the bill for ezpass was **** for 4 tolls. Which they tried to uncharge29.00 a day ?? RIP OFF and DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM I notified Amex and they rejected there ****** charge Bravo and also with that I was to be given unlimited miles as well. They said 94 miles a day lol what a joke but what if I was driving to ***** **** gardens for the day ?? lord this is a terrible place STAY AWAY

    This is a ****! There cars **** & OVERCHARGE for everything. I was quoted $119 ended up paying $400. I had rented a BRAND NEW 2023 Accord from Enterprise & paid $274 just a week before this. Please dont fall victim to them!

    The worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SCAM OPERATION> Quoted $172 for a rental and ended up being charged $472, with a $500 deposit.. Rude counter agent Our flight was delayed and we could not go to another agency. I would leave a NO star review if possible
