      For the amount of money you have to pay. It's not worth it. They do not have your room ready on time. But rush you to check out on time. The local restaurants closes to early in the resort. The rooms are small and simple with small tv.

      Sandestin is 2400 acres and has a variety of accommodations from studio to 4 bedroom homes and a price structure for guests to pick from. We have also implemented a Book By Unit so you can view the accommodations before booking to ensure it will meet your expectations. Our check in time begins at 4pm and we do our best to have the rooms prepared as soon as possible. There are some things that occur beyond our control that can delay the check in time. check out is 10 am and is published so guests may plan accordingly. Restaurants on property are managed by 3rd parties and their hours are dependent on occupancy and demand.

      Bayside at Sandestin was a health hazard! Mold falling from the ceiling into the bed and carpet. Rust around the rooms fixtures, the wall paper in the halls have water damage. Came back to our room after breakfast to find an unexpected visitor(repair man). I’ve asked for help repeatedly Friday-Sunday and no one ever calls back to resolve the issue. 3 out of 5 rooms we booked had issues. 2 being flooded rooms. They need better accountability and customer service.

      During the guest's stay, there was an unexpected leak that affected multiple floors in one wing of the building. This incident also caused temporary loss of power and hot water throughout the building for several days. The HOA promptly responded with water extraction and mitigation efforts to address the situation as quickly as possible and guests were relocated to other areas. This guest also received a 30% credit due to the inconvenience.
