    Our goal in writing this letter is to show our appreciation to ******************************* Movers, specifically to your driver ***** and his helpers. The loading, unloading, and packaging were all accomplished with remarkable efficiency. Everything we ordered arrived on time and in pristine condition. Moving is challenging, but you helped us through it much more easily.

    Great movers! They arrived early and moved us very quickly. They disassemble and reassemble all furniture. I would highly recommend them! We are going to use them again.

    How can I leave ZERO stars?? Illegal practices, scam artists, terrible customer service. Dishonest and deceitful business practices. Our cost significantly increased despite a very tedious inventory that we did with them twice. They are impossible to get in touch with AFTER you sign the contract. Once you are unhappy, you can forget it. They do not even pretend to resolve your concerns. Forget about being treated as a customer who is paying them substantial money, try just being treated as a human being. Their MO seems to be to offer an embarrassingly small amount of money (~$120) if you agree not to post negative reviews anywhere. They lost nearly $5000 of our boxes. They can keep their $120.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    If I could give a negative score, I would. This was our worst moving experience ever. Avoid this company at all costs. The driver and movers showed up on the moving day. As my apartment has a fabulous view, they went to my balcony and did selfies in turns. They even took selfies with my expensive wines. It took them 7+ hours just to pack a 2-bed apartment (which most of the stuff we have already self-packed in moving boxes, and of course they wasted much time taking selfies). Totally unprofessional. It was a long-distance move and we were provided an expected delivery date. A few days before the delivery date, I emailed, called, left voice messages, trying to get a confirmation, no responses. I finally talked to someone over the phone only to know that the expected delivery date was actually the date that they are going to take my furnitures out of their storage and they dont have a final delivery date. A few rounds of negotiations they were able to deliver my furnitures after we have been sleeping/dining on the floor for a week. On delivery date, the driver came and said there was a hallway from the loading dock to the elevator at our building and it was about 50 feet long hallway, and they asked for extra money as they considered this being a long distance. Without extra money, there are not going to unload our furnitures. The worst part has not yet come. After unloading, we found that almost every piece of our furnitures (all designer furnitures, including my grand piano) were broken/chipped/damaged and the movers even refused to assemble some of the furnitures due to the damage. Fortunately we purchased moving insurance and it took us another 6 months to deal with insurance company for the damage inspection and reimbursement.
