  I selected Compass Moving located in ******* to handle my move from ****** **, to ********* **. I dealt with *******************, courteous and professional. I was told to speak with **** ? to go through the house with me on the phone. She was totally indifferent and her dog barked constantly making it impossible to hear her. I told **** and he then had me walk through the house and video/photo the contents. Neither were interested in the contents of my furniture, simply the size. Mr. ****** sent me 3 Binding Moving Estimates on January 27, 2022 as follows: 11:32 am $11,152.05, 2:14 pm $12,464.05, and at 2:23 pm $11,628.05.I was then turned over to ********************* an updated quote of $12,274.05 on January 31, 2022 at 5:04:06 pm ET. We spoke on the phone; his manner wasn't convincing; he went too far telling me how his mother had raised him to always tell the truth!!!!.He requested and I complied with a detailed inventory. I received a call back from ****************, who feigned shock at this inventory saying it was not what we had agreed to and that the price of gas had gone up in the meantime and we would now need 2 trucks and more packing materials. As previously mentioned, prior to this nobody was interested in the contents. On March 25th at 5 pm I received from ***** a revised quote of $20,997.55. Prior to receiving the quote in writing, I spoke to **************** on the phone who told me to sit down and brace myself as he informed me of the new quote.Recently, I had a trusted moving company in ********* come to the house and I showed them my documents. ******* told me that I had been badly ripped off as they had charged me for double the amount of items/weight that I actually had. In addition to having been ripped off to the tune of $10,000, they set me up with *************** who were so bad they damaged almost every item they packed.

  David crew was amazing! I highly recommend this crew. I wish they could relocate us whenever we are required to move. They are very organized and professional. They made "moving in" less stressful. Thanks a lot, you guys!

  Compass Van line Movers was so great to deal with. The movers were prompt, fast, and clean, and everything was done the following day after I called. Highly recommended!

  These guys were terrific. Came early and prepared to do a job that would typically have taken many more guys. Also were able to adjust accordingly when we ran into trouble at our building and were kind enough to bring something back that we left in their truck.

  I recently worked with ******************************* Movers to move out of my 2 bedroom apartment and into a storage unit. Prior to the move, the back office was quick to reach out after I requested a quote and they were very organized in planning. The guys were fast yet safe, friendly, efficient and the price is very reasonable.

  Just wanted to give a shout-out to our great packing crew who worked with us today! Charles kept everything going, was on top of the inventory, and packed like a champ! My kitchen was in good hands with her! The work these folks completed with such a positive work ethic was amazing! They deserve every exclamation point in this message!!!!!

  Everything accurately complied with how it was scheduled. So, it was efficient and convenient to move from AL to the GA. Really professional movers!
