  I chose Spencer ****** with Mercury Auto Transport to move a car from Iowa to Virginia. I’m very pleased with his service. When deciding which transfer broker to use, Spencer spent time and answered all my question. He stayed in constant contact with me, which I appreciated. I also recommend June Carroll from the fulfillment department. She was on top of my transport the whole way. Mercury Auto Transport was not the cheapest bid I received, but you get what you pay for. My car was picked up, and safely delivered on time. I highly recommend Spencer, June and Mercury Auto Transport.

  Very good upfront explanation of auto transport process: how it works, what to expect, etc. Dispatcher answered questions and communicated clearly; pickup & drop off drivers communicated in a timely manner and were quite accurate in supplying relevant time frames. I felt comfortable leaving my car to their transport care and would certainly do so in the future. Highly recommend!

  Contacted Mercury agent ***** *****. He was helpful and my car was actually picked up within a couple hours of the time I authorized ***** to secure a shipper. ***** quoted a price up front and stuck to it, Glad I used this company instead of trying to arrange it myself, they know the shipping companies and how to make the transaction go smoothly. The car went from ********** to ****** in 5 days.

  This is my second time using mercury auto transport to ship my car. Also, this is the second time working with Drew Rightnour, he was very helpful and did a great job of getting my shipment scheduled quickly, gave me the details of the carrier and the driver to contact.   We scheduled a car transport with them. They used ************** Promised 1 price then after 5 days said we have to pay more. AFTER our scheduled pickup date they made it sound like it was our fault. I definitely wouldn't trust them with your precious vehicle.

  Hi ****, 

   I am sorry to hear that your recent experience with us did not go well. Our agents do try their best to give all of their customers quotes that are as accurate as possible, however our quotes are nothing more than estimates. They are not promised, or guaranteed. Our quote estimates are based on what vehicles are currently being shipped and are of similar size and type as well as traveling similar routes to yours. 

  Because we are a broker we do not set the final pricing. We simply do the best we can to have our customers' vehicles be enticing enough for a carrier to want to ship. Once a carrier locates a vehicle of ours on the national board they can contact us with a price offer for shipping any vehicle of ours.

  If a carrier makes an offer on a shipment it is our job as the broker to communicate that to you. Sometimes, the offers can be lower as well as higher but they are usually close to your original estimate. The carrier's offers consist of pickup/delivery eta's and their price. As the broker we only pass that offer/information on to you and it is up to you to make the final decision. You do not have to accept any one particular offer. If the dates and/or rate does not fit your needs we simply let those drivers know and keep looking for the next carrier that works better for you. This is something we work very hard to explain to every customer via email, on our website, and over the phone.

  I apologize if this process was not something that was properly communicated to you by your agent and I appreciate your bringing this to my attention. I will be speaking with all our agents today to ensure that they are properly explaining to all of our customers how our quote system and the ********************** industry operates so that we avoid situations like this in the future.

  Absolutely WONDERFUL experience with Mercury Auto Transport! I received several quotes. Some were lower and quite a few were higher. My first instinct, of course, was to choose the lowest quote, which I did, and as soon as the contract was signed, ZERO communication. I reached out several times via call, email, and text. Nothing. 9 days later I started looking at the other quotes I received. *** ***** at Mercury included so much information in his quote which really helped me understand every step of the process. The drop-off in a small town in ******* presented some challenges because it wasn't a normal route, but my *** *** came through for me. *** provided me with updates EVERY SINGLE DAY. 5 days later, my SUV was on its way across the country, and it arrived in the same shape I sent it in. The quote was very reasonable, the process was fast and efficient, and dealing with *** was the best thing of all. Many, many thanks to ***! Hes the BEST!
