  Worked with **** *. He was absolutely fantastic as a point of contact, very reach-able, and set very clear expectations (this is super important in this industry). He was consistently pleasant, efficient, and informative. Despite some delays with the carrier themselves, I couldn't be happier with **** and Mercury Auto.

  This was our 3rd time using this company for cross country transport of our cars. We recieved our car in the same condition we gave them. Both cars were new. We had no concerns about rendering the care of our cars to this company. The diver was alittle late due to traffic etc.. but the cars were delivered on the promised date. I would highly recommend these folks. **************** and communication was awesome

  My truck began to have mechanical problems. The dealership was unable to fix the problem because it was intermittent, and the mechanic couldn't diagnose and repair issue. I had to use a car transport, and I had never used a car transport before. I looked at reviews and like what I read about Mercury Auto Transport LLC, so I emailed them for a quote on the cost to deliver my truck from ********, ***** to ***********, **********. ******* ******, a broker, answered my email immediately. From the onset, ******* ****** was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. His customer service was outstanding. ******* always answered my questions within a few hours. In these days, were I find customer service going down hill in many organizations, it was a breath of fresh air to find a company that truly cares about doing a good job, and not out to ***** you.

  We had two vehicles shipped from *********** Tx to **** Az a few weeks ago.I have worked with Mercury in the past and they are the Best buy far. Always kept me updated, followed through with shipping dates. I could call my agent at any time with any questions. Our cars were delivered on time with no issues.I wont deal with anyone else in the future. **** and everyone there are a great team.

  This was my first time shipping a car. As a rookie, I really had no idea what was involved. **** ********* was our agent. He listened to the challenges we were finding on the receiving end of the shipment, created work arounds and stayed in touch every step of the way.   ***** did an excellent job finding a transport company to bring my car from ** to **. He communicated with me daily about what was happening as we got close to my desired pick up date. The cost was as expected. The transporter charged a little more because he had to go out of his way to pick up the car. If I had to use this kind of service again, I would use Mercury again.

  I have worked with Mercury Transport to ship my vehicle for four years. They are my GOTO Transport Broker. I have my vehicle shipped to Florida in the fall and to Michigan in the spring. It always works out well, this year Ryan Savage has taken over the coordination of transporting my vehicle. I was very happy with his services and anticipate that I will be using him again in the fall of 2025. Using them is a GREAT Experience.
