For the most part everything was good. The only complaint I have is that my tech lost contact and didn't call me back to sign on again. I had to call Geeks and ask what was taking so long.Geeks On Site

Everything was handled by phone - everyone I spoke to was courteous and patient as I had a lot of difficulty understanding what I had to do - they were very kind and very, very patient - taking time to explain things over if I didn't understand them - problem was solved and has not reoccurred so I am very satisfied with their work. Will not hesitate to call them again if I have another computer issue.Geeks On Site

I needed help quickly and got it; everyone was helpful and supportive and the service highly expert. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Geeks on Site to anyone with a computer issue. My technician even helped me straighten out and wrap all the tangled power cords and cables and get me plugged into the right kind of power strips. Everything was explained very thoroughly and so I could understand it, which was a big help. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, too. I'm so glad I called Geeks on Site first!Geeks On Site
