Excellent service. Explained about scheduling errors and provided service remotely. All went well with technicians. Ongoing phone communications were clear and easy to follow. Have used this service for a few years and have always been satisfied.

Received merchandise quickly. After much thought my husband and I decided not to install a Ring doorbell. When I contacted Geeks On Site to return the doorbell, they without hesitation, sent me a mailing return label quickly. I appreciate the attitude and quickness they gave me. Very rapid response to my distressed call for help when my computer was locked up. They were well spoken, knowledgeable and very reassuring to this almost hysterical, technically challenged client. Great service and communication. Restored function to my computer after it was shut down and locked out due to a virus attachment.
