  On 4 / 24 / 2023 I went to Mike Erdman toyota and made a deal on a used Toyota truck/suv , we agreed on an out the door all inclusive price that was in writing and paperwork was filled out and signed but once i went into the finance office he said i owed more and they wouldn't honer the in writing out the door price , a deal is a deal and it's sad that customers are deceived and it's also sad that they don't seem to care . Mr Erdman I just wanted to let you know what's going on at your dealership . Sincerely Skip *******

While we take opportunity to ensure the most accurate pricing while negotiating a car deal there are some areas that are not known until a deal is finalized such as the exact tag fees, doc stamps, and taxes. We do our best to provide the most accurate pricing upfront but the final figures are not accurately available until the deal goes into financing and can sometimes swing a final out the door price some dollars.   I brought my cadillac in for a repair from a loud sound I was hearing. The loud sound is still there. I was told it was my turbo but it’s also vibrating my steering wheel. It’s so loud! I also questioned why to change 3 fuses and rotate tires cost over 500. This place is a very bad rip off. I also have a light out and apparently I would have to bring my car back to the shop and pay most likely another 500 dollars. This is a newer car and I can’t believe how I am treated there. What a rip off please beware. I now have to take my car to another mechanic to get the noise looked at! Please beware

  Got a car 2015 ford focus with low mileage had it two weeks transmission light came on they said rats are wires they fixed it and gave it back next day light came on car barley driving but made it back to dealer car was there for months they said they fixed transmission module charged me 900 and didn't fix nothing Car drove there but was unable to drive out my moms friend tried to fix it car still us unable to drive out of town I put 5k on this car I was planning to pay it off fast they sold me a lemon that I can't drive lost my job ect because of this car the sale man called me and harassed me about buying the car when I left to get the money as if he was selling me a good car I'm a women that was taking advantage of by a dealership

  Robbers on repairs. It cost me to Change 6 spark plugs cost $668.93. Highway robbery.

  Brought my car in for service . Brought my car back to me defected. Jerry ( my service guy) was rude , unhelpful and disrespectful to me. Ask for the manager, billy, he basically told me that he " fixed" the problem. It's not his fault if I am unhappy with the way he " fixed" the problem. Wasted my whole day dealing with this car lot. Their poor work ethic is unacceptable on many levels. I was told I will have to choose from my door sensor going randomly or having a major door gap. Refused to give me a loaner. Saying they don't have any loaners. Poor excuse of a car lot. I would not recommend this car lot to nobody.

  i apologize for any rude behavior I understand this is a rather new Nissan that is under warranty. If you would like assistance on any further service or auto related issues I would like to personally make sure that you get taken of.
