      Came to get service today and was told it would 10 min till i was seen, they had me sit around for 30 min and then brought me up to get me checked in. At this point ****** the services writer added up what I needed to have done, not what i wanted or came here for but what he wanted to charge me. that was $650 worth of easier to fix items, air filters, wiper blades, or and he said i need a flue injector clean out. I asked him to please just give me what i came in for the first place, he continue to hard sell and even went as far to use a very poor selling tactic, guilting a customer, saying things like oh you want to leave with your car dirty like this, is only $140 worth of parts. As if that is a good deal for wiper blades and air filters. I would say this experience left me looking for a new car that is not Toyota and will also never be returning to this location. Thank you for showing your true colors at **** Erdman, money first and the life long oil changes are just a way to up sell someone.

      The worst service I've ever had. Sure like always they will sell you a car but never again will you be happy... they have caller ID so if you call they send you to voice mail and never call you back. I have a new car with 4500 miles on it, 5 months old and the screen is malfunctioning...they will NOT fix it. ****** learned, don't deal with this outfit. Drive a few more miles to another nissan dealer..I will tell everyone not to go there when asked.

      Please avoid at all costs. Very dishonest dealer and terrible customer service.. Purchased a car there and did not like the car and tried to return the car within the return window. Dealer manager *** ******* is demanding that I pay $3,000.00 for a car that I only had for 5 days. Refused to honor their return policy. They are the worst and I will never recommend them or purchase another vehicle from *************** and staff at dealership was also very rude and threatened to call the police, and demanded that I either pay the unethical and unreasonable cost to cancel or they will have me kicked out of the building. I will also be reporting this business to the BBB..TOTALLY DISHONEST AND CRAPPY BUSINESS PRACTICES. THIS BUSINES AND EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE REPORTED AS SCAMMERS!!

      Thank you for brining your concerns to our attention. We do have a written return policy that was presented to you on 11/13/24 that stated the terms and requirements to return a vehicle. Once presented with these terms and conditions you chose not to pay the necessary fees and chose not to ********** the State of ******* there is no requirement to be able return a vehicle and there is no cooling off period when purchasing a vehicle but we do have a return policy based on our terms and conditions.

      Beware of this place. They do crappy deals and lie to your face. Me and my husband drove down from ************ to by a NEW car and left with a 2024 Toyota Corolla with 52 miles on it but never was told that the reason it was being sold as pre-owned was because it had to have the motor replaced. We were told a ******** story about some guy coming to buy it for his wife and after taking it back home she didn't like it so they brought it back and got a different car. We never knew until taking it for the first service at the Toyota dealership here in ************ that the motor had to be replaced. After my husband did some digging come to find out after the man bought it on his way home he broke down on the side of the road and Toyota had to go pick it up and the rod went through the crank case so the engine and air conditioner had to be replaced. We feel very taken advantage of because we would've bought the other Corolla SE they had if we would've known this happened so either way they would've gotten the sale, but instead we this 1 because they said the warranty was better. Now we've been in contact with them and nothing!! The sad thing to this whole thing is the salesman that sold us the car has known my dad for 20 years and that's why we went to him. Never again will we do any type of business with this company and I will make sure no one else I know does either!!!! I want to give them a 0 star but unfortunately it won't let me!!!

      Deception, disingenuous employee, do not honor a verbal agreement. Sale of a product that was specifically refused. Lack of follow through to ensure your employee performed as agreed. A complete lack of moral character by your employee. Failure to fulfill your employees expressed verbal agreement. Taking advantage of the elderly.

All customers purchasing a vehicle from our dealership have the opportunity to accept or deny extended converge products to protect their vehicles once the factory warranty has expired. If a product has been purchased and you decide you do not want it in the future, the product can be canceled and a prorated refund can be given. This is an option all customers have with our dealership and we will continue to give all customers the opportunity to accept or deny extended coverage products.

      I bought a used 2017 audi A8L had ****** miles. It rained the day i bought it had salesman delivered the vehicle to my house because i rode my motorcycle, after he delivered it i noticed the grill was damaged and the fact that the acc and brake guard was disabled they told me theyd fix it, but after i talked to the lender, i talked to lender now they are refused to fix the problem. Gave me the excuse it doesnt stop it from working and i have an extended warranty on it, they refuse to do the right thing,

      We are in the process of trying to rectify ************************** concern but he has to understand, the vehicle was bought with no extended warranty and was sold as-is. ********************** had the concern addressed at Audi and has sent me the diagnosis, I am in touch with our person now looking to solve this concern.

      There's this one particular salesman at Mike Erdman's Nissan that is top of the shit list. Also, Freddie ****** is useless. I won't go into detail but I would and probably will eventually be paying Erdman's a visit to have this conversation with those assholes.
      I will troll Erdman's Nissan for the rest of evermore. Oh yes, it's on!

      I had my car out there for a repair as my a/c was not working. I was told by another shop that it was the compressor. I called and got an appt to put the car in to have them replace it due to that is where I take it for all of my repair and oil changes. Well the mechanic who worked on my car said it was something else and not the compressor that was fi e I was told. So took it back cause having the same issue and now they say it is the compressor. They said oh he thought it was ok. Now due to the other repair and them stating I needed other things had them fix that but now can not fix the compressor like they were suppose to. DONT EVER TAKE OR BUY FROM ERDMAN TOYOTA

      I would give them zero stars. The loan officer lied to me. And even his boss could care less about what happened. I would never buy another vehicle from them again. And I would never recommend them to anyone. There dirty people to work with.
