I must say, using PODS was the best decision we could have made for our long distance move. From customer service on the phone, to pick up, and then delivery, every interaction was pleasant and helpful. All of our items arrived safely and within our timeframes. After pricing rental ******************************* companies, we were inundated with calls from unknown companies. This only added to our stress. The PODS option gave us a piece of mind, knowing that our items were secure from start to finish. Pricing was a little higher than a truck rental, but we caught a sale which helped tremendously. Mind you, we stayed within the month rental window, which also helped keep pricing reasonable. I highly recommend.

The flexibility that PODS gave us to do a slow pack was great. The scheduling was easy to adjust when needed and the drivers were punctual and professional. Both the teams from our departure point to the delivery point were great. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient.PODS Moving & Storage

The agent on the phone told me that parking permits would be taken care of for my move to ************. However, upon the pod arriving, it turns out I should have been referred to the City Service, which eventually explained I had to take care of temporary no parking permits myself, which never happened in the first place. It was incredibly upsetting and embarrassing to see my pod arrive, not be able to be unloaded, and be sent back to the storage center for me to reschedule and plan permits myself. I will have to think hard if I will ever use Pods for a future move.PODS Moving & Storage

This was my first opportunity to use a POD and it could not have gone more smoothly. Beginning with the reservation all the way to the final pick up the process was flawless and professional. I initially had some concern about arranging loaders and unloaders, but POD made this easy as well. Communication and reminders throughout the process were helpful and appreciated. This was a terrific experience! You should give it a try for your next move.PODS Moving & Storage

worst business to have your belongings transported, they were 5 days late with my container and only offered $425 refund. Do not use PODS, they don't care about their customers. The whole experience gave me emotional stress, their supervisors are rude and PODS advocacy dispute wont refund or reimburse anything. I am seeking to get a lawyer.PODS Moving & Storage

They were very helpful and easy to work with in terms of setting up delivery and pickup. However, I was a bit disappointed for how large of a pod they gave me when I originally said I thought it was too big for only a one bedroom apartment. By the time the pod was packed, only about 60% of it was full and I think I could have saved some money using a smaller pod. Other than that, very happy with the services provided.PODS Moving & Storage

Just finished our second PODS move across the country in two years. It was easy to schedule, pickup and delivery were on time and as scheduled, zero damage. Everyone was very professionaland gave me great confidence. I did visit the *** twice while it was on storage and that was super easy.PODS Moving & Storage

Excellent company! ** recommend them to anyone! The original PID size that was recommended was way to small so they did not off load it. I had a larger one about 3 hours later.PODS Moving & Storage
