    I ordered and wait wait almost three month and received it and find out it. Used upset and call call call call inbox message never hear from them so I file and not hear now u have link so I filed there now I want return refund full

    Failure customer service care and never resolved something else that merchandise defected and I filed dispute resolution but unsuccessfully refunded was returned by my bank that not working out between my bank and square glow didnt communicate clearly

    I will give you zero starts because the equipment are useless! I tried to contact with you, but you wont answered because the equipment made battery die faster than I excepted. I high recommended you not to buy this equipment. Also, I had been waiting for an month to get this **** equipment. IT IS NOT WORTH TO WAIT!

    Horrible customer service!!! I received the doorbell kit and it was defective. First I emailed back-n-forth with a Tech. The videos he sent did NOT help! ******** still not work. Then he said to contact Julio. We emailed several times, he kept saying he would help get it working. Set up time for him to call me. He NEVER called, now both are ignoring my emails :( I sent the kit back TWO weeks ago, no refund, or new working kit

    Made this order in April and told me it was on back order and will update me once it arrived and give me tracking number, I waited 3 months then I called and left messages and everything, they ignored me and would not give me a straight answer about my order , so I asked my cc to get me. Refund and I was able to get it :) they tried to get to square glow as wel but didnt get any answer :/

    I ordered Squareglow and received my package. A few months later, my Squareglow stopped flashing colors and It does not work anymore on my phone to connect to my SquareGlow app notifications when someone knocks on my door or calls me on VP.
