    I had a bad experience with Square Glow in fall 2021. I ordered a purchase of alarm kit. When I was ready to move that quickly in a different location, I had to cancel the order before the first deduction of a payment plan. They acknowledged via email of the cancellation. Then they decided to deduct later with my bank. I reached out and no response. I had to step in and call my bank to get a refund and said they fraudulently deducted without my authority. Then they continued to deduct 2nd time. I had to report to bank and blocked them. Then it worked. All money are back but the service they had is poor and unprofessional.
