  The first time I ordered from them 2 years ago, my son's creation was amazing. I guess they decided over the past couple of years that bait and switch was a good company practice though. They used felt where plush should've been (it literally would've cost them pennies to do so) and this Budsie was so limp it falls forward when you hold it up. I guess stuffing material has gone WAY UP. I contacted them and they told me for another $100 they'll make me 2 more to replace the ones they messed ** in the first place. If I want subpar quality merchandise, I won't pay $265 for it. It should be illegal what they are doing to their customers. They have zero remorse and more of a "we have your money and there's nothing you can do about it" attitude. Buy from them at your own risk and if you do, you've been forewarned. You can literally get this same thing done in other places for much less money. I suggest you look elsewhere. I know I will from now on. I dislike the poor customer service, subpar quality, and workmanship of a 5-year-old. But hey that's me.

  We absolutely do not agree with this customer's review. It is absolutely insulting and incorrect to suggest that due to the use of plush felt fabric, our products are in any way inferior. All of our materials are very carefully safety tested and of high quality. This is 100% a matter of difference of opinion. The plushies provided to the customer are very close in look to the customer's provided images. This customer's allegation of Bait and Switch is absolutely false. We list that we utilize felt on our website and it is definitely not something that we try to hide from our customers. We also want to clarify that the areas the customer is unhappy with are the eyes and crown of one of the plushies. The rest of the stuffed animal is made of plush material. The customer made no mention for us not to utilize felt material. The offer of the discounted remake was a courtesy to attempt to give the customer a fully plush ******************************************* representation of their artwork. This was offered as a courtesy in order to better meet the customers expectations. We 100% stand behind both plushies created at this time.

  Words...Words...Words. Your use of wordplay does not negate the fact that you charge an absorbent amount of money for a subpar quality product. You can try to convince yourself and anyone else otherwise. Also "plush felt" is not a real thing. It's either plush or felt. Nice try though. I didn't bother reading the rest. If I want to deal with clear sociopaths, I'll contact my family members. I saw that you guys said you've sold ****** units worldwide (if that's true) and that you've been in business 9 years. That in itself speaks volumes as well. If embracing failure had a picture, your company would be the poster child! That's not even 10% of 1 city with only a million people in it(worldwide) ....over 9 years. Keep being unapologetic and defensive though when customers come to you with a problem. You'll put yourself out of business way quicker than I ever could. I just pray for the parents of the kids you disappoint and them watching their hard-earned money being given to a company that uses their desire to make their children happy, against them, for profit. You all should absolutely be ashamed of yourselves.

  Respectfully, this customer's response is absolutely uncalled for. We are incredibly upfront with the materials used on our products and this is all stemming from the customer's personal opinion of what constitutes quality. Our plushies and materials, once again, are very carefully safety tested and cleared before use. Her assertions about our business goals and accomplishments are misconstrued. Her calculations are incorrect. We are not sure where she is basing her math percentiles on, but our products are custom made to order and are specialized pieces. They cannot be directly compared to a plush company that makes the same plush over and over again by machine. It is not what we do nor is what we claim to do. We also take every customer complaint seriously and this is the reason our team actively attempted to offer the customer a remake of their plush at a discounted cost to better meet their expectations. We will continue to ****** our message of creating a huggable and imaginative world for children and will not allow customers with such a skewed opinion of our goals impact our values as a company.

  Ordered my Budsies sometime in May and I just got some preview photos! There WAS an error in the design, but I pointed it out and they were happy to fix it for me! Super happy with the results, great quality so far and quick response times! Might commission them again soon!
