Been on hold twice for 2 1/2 hours and still have not got the problem solved. They have my name as **** and it is Sword and they sent ** a sticker for the motorcycle which it says in the paperwork I received that it doesn't work for motorcycles and neither customer service representative spoke good enough English and was a very difficult and time consuming waste of my time. And much confusion on my part and theirs and I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for another hour and 40 minutes and she was very rude to me and told her I wasn't mad at her I just wanted someone to be able to understand me and me them to get this issue resolvedBusiness Response

I purchased a transponder in March for $16. I was in the middle of relocating to *******. I had the transponder shipped to my brothers home. It was returned to SunPass. I had a lady call me in October asking for personal identifying information without giving me a reason for the call. She got rude and hung up. I called back and they told me the transponder was returned to them and they would be shipping another to me. I never received it and last week I got emails saying that wouldnt be shipping another one and they wouldnt not refund my money. Thats theft.I called and talked to two different employees and they acknowledged the return receipt of the transponder, said it was my fault for not calling within 6 months of the purchase, and that they would not be issuing a refund. They both said this was company policy and it did not matter that they had receipt of the transponder being sent back to them. I have searched all over their website for this policy and can find nothing. It may not be much money but it is still stealing.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have 21 pdf copies of my receipts from 2019-2022.
I have only been contacted for collection, I have NOT BEEN given an itemized receipt and Ive sent over 21 screenshots with my receipts detailing each toll. Yet my balance was $0 on 7/7/2021 at 1:57pm. I paid out 1.8k in tolls and have itemized receipts for what I paid and the amounts. Are you telling me that each toll is $3.50? Okay because Ive paid $1.49 for a plethora, $1.19, and & $.87 in tolls enough to total 1.8k and reduce my balance to $0 with ******. If you two are different companies why am I paying you both for the same toll plazas? I have proof? Where are the itemized bills for what I owe to FLDOT? I handled the tolls through the bill directly lmfao do your job and stop being lazy. Next time; I have 43 screenshots to add to the BBB and they can determine where Im receiving duplicate tolls. If not I will involve legal action. Because of my name, as a white woman who is judged to be different according to our all knowing government, I am being double tolled and fd by our state. Ive lived here my whole life and you guys still cant do tolls correctly? Cant even play a matching game? This is pathetic.Sincerely,

Good afternoon,I opened a dispute case in regard to a Toll Enforcement Invoice I received when visiting *******, October 2022. The toll booths were suspended due to the hurricane. In response to my dispute, they stated, "the toll booth we traveled through that day was not suspended. There were only certain areas that toll booths were suspended." Well, the people in charge and work at the booth did not get the memo because they were not there!!!!!!! You cannot pay a toll if there is NO ONE at the toll booth to collect the money!! The lights were flashing and a sign on the window at the booth said, "Keep Moving." I read on the internet about other people having issues with fraudulent charges/violations. I hope with enough complaints an investigation is opened.Business Response

I been preloading and adding amount to transporter in my car via online but I get a bill that they want to charge me double in the mail hoping I wont complain about charges they want to falsely put on me. The customer was contacted three times by phone in three different days with no response from the customer.
An email was also sent providing my contact information and office hours for further assistance. This is an unresponsive customer but if the customer contacts me back, assistance will be provided.

The customer was notified why he was liable for the tolls that are due. An email was sent to the customer with three spread sheets advising that no discrepancies were found and because of that no refund can be issue. The customer was not satisfied with the outcome.
