    When our oven broke down unexpectedly, their fast response saved both our dinner plans and my peace of mind. They took care of everything, from booking the repair to covering the expenses. I'm so grateful I had Mike Holmes Protection they truly camethroughforme!

    My sales representative had extensive knowledge about all aspects of coverage including what's protected, the coverage limits, and the associated costs. I feel confident in this protection because it is offered through Holmes.

    1 They are impossible to get through ***** takes sometimes days to get a return call.2 When they do call back they talk down to you like you are dirt.3 when you sign up for their service All you get is an email saying the package you have.They don't explain anything in detail.They do not tell you if it's reaccurring automatically no or anything. They do not tell you if there is an early termination fee.There is no details other than this.The package you have and this is number to call If you have a claim.4 When you do get to somebody Too file a claim they tell you you haven't had the service long Enough we had it over a year.Then there's it all yeah our mistake We'll send somebody and then that somebody does.N't work at all doesn't fix the problem, and then they will sell you.Well, that's because you have a partial, aren't you?We don't have to pay for the labor.5 When you try to cancel the service you will spend a month trying to Get.This to happen It takes several phone ******** even get one call back and they tell you OK it.We'll cancel your service, The cancellation depart will be in touch and Don't call and you have to wait. When you?Finally get someone to say that they will cancel it.They tell you you have no right to cancel.I'm sorry.This is wrong across the board categorically wrong. Further , they continue to take out payments for something that you told them to cancel, oh i've got a great bank and they're gonna fix that but Still it's a fiasco When you say cancel , it should be an effect immediately not take over a month Accomplish it only to be told you can't do this.I reported them To make it right.They're owners and I was told I had no right to do that And I was told why said I was turning them into the BBB That I wasn't allowed to do that .So hands down this has Absolute worst customer service in the history of customer service . I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have left a bad taste in my mouth for home warranties.

    Signed up yesterday and so far it is not looking good.The sales agent spelled my street name wrong.Then I was unable to register my account.I called and was told I was to get a phone call from support and that did not happen.Could it be that Mike Holmes Protection is like all the ********* is looking that way !

    WORST company EVER!! I live in ********* with 2 large dogs. My A/C went out on 9/24 and I didn't get the A/C working again until 10/9. Even with the warranty, the total cost was around $1200 and they only covered $200 even with the company they sent to my house said the unit needs to be replaced, they only fixed the motor. ***** you, this isn't the first time it broke, this is the 2nd time in broke. First time was in May and next time was in September and they refused to replace my A/C. As soon as I reported the issues, they are quick to charge my credit card $85 for calling them. The second time it broke, they should have covered the expenses as it was still under warranty but they refused to pay. I would never recommend nor use this company ever. @**** Holmes definitely sold out. He advertised the company as transparent, accountable, etc. but none of that happened.

    My name is ****** *. I purchase this warranty for added protection for home . I was taken advantage of my AC is out, I care for my elderly parents in which they are disable, my AC has been broken for over a month only to find out that Mike Holmes Protection DOES NOT WANT TO PAY for the replacement of my furnace that works with my AC unit. they only want to cover $300.00 for a part that doesn't exit due unavailability of parts . Which is one of there selling tactics that they offer if it cant be fix then they would do a full replace. Very deceptive they took advantage of me they lied to me, they cause trouble for me. The cause financial hardship for my family the worst home warranty ever. NO TRANSPARENCY THEY DID NOT MAKE IT RIGHT AT ALL and they do not care.

    So far only a conversation and what the service does and does not do. So yes, that went well. Fortunately I have not had to use the service yet , only Wish I had the service sooner.
