    Great service and customer communication! I have had two (2) claims with **** Holmes in the last couple of months. Both times, customer service was beyond excellent. The first claim I made was for a plumbing issue and it took more than one trip to repair. **** Holmes employees stayed in touch throughout the process and the problem was repaired. The second claim I made was for my dishwasher. The part needed was no longer made and the claims representative, ********, stayed in contact with me throughout the process and went above and beyond keeping me informed of my options. I was with another home warranty company before this and the customer service with **** ********************** far exceeds what I have experienced in the past. I will recommend this company to anyone shopping for a better home warranty experience. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience.

    Wish I could give this a zero. You call and they don't call you back. My washing machine had been broken for almost a week with no help yet they charged us an $85 service fee when we haven't even received service yet. Disgusted by the wait times and lack of communication. We just cancelled.

    They make you pay upfront for a warranty contract with very little information. I'm 6 months into my contract and yet to receive a contract.I purchased my contract the first week of July. Mid August I had a leaking water heater. I put in a work request and submitted a day for them to come. No one showed up. After 5 more calls I was asked if I knew of any local plumbers. I gave them the name of 3 local plumbers. The next call was on the weekend this is now going on over 3 weeks with a leaking water heater and still no service!! The customer Service *** tells me to call my own Plumber and submit the bill and they will reimburse me. I have the water heater replaced by my own plumber and pay over $3,000 for a new one on my credit card expecting to be reimbursed. I submit the bill and later call to find out how long the processing will take. I get a response back of 6 to 8 weeks. I'm still waiting. (Now Jan 13 2025). I've called over 5 times and emailed over 5 times and absolutely no response!I did get one automated text on 5 November 2024:**** Holmes default service provider has canceled your job.Note if you try to cancel your contract they will tell you that you can't and your obligated for a year. If you push anymore about it they will tell you that if the contract is canceled they will take out/charge you for any payments/service provided to you.They do all this and never provide you with the contract!! I'm 6 months into this "contract" and still not received it!?!?!Be WARNED service contract with absolutely NO SERVICE!!!Looks like a very good possibility of a class action law suit here!!!

    WARNING, WARNING, WARNING. Terrible company. I had an emergency my gas hot water boiler was not working in the dead cold winter. I had to continue calling them but no one would return my calls. After 2 days calling meanwhile we are freezing in our house. No show no calls. After 4 days they finally sent someone but I already had resolved it on my own. I was so disappointed with the service, I just wanted to cancel it. Would u believe they told me I couldn't cancel it. They had the audacity to say I needed to wait for one of their team members to call me so I can cancel it. After several days calling, I was finally called by and this person told me I couldn't cancel, that I had to pay $515.00 in order to cancel ot wait till may. There was no verbal or written contract. These ppl are thieves and should be automatically shut down. How can they decieve ppl like this. How many *** have they fooled to keep paying by force ??. They need a class action law suit put against them.

    our microwave went bad, **** Holmes team didnt even send me a tech to see if they can fix it. They just sent me a new one and had a technician install it for me. Thank you

    ******** is the best claims advisor, she helped me with my hot water heater claim at 8:00pm at night! Water was flushing out all over my basement. She walked us through the process to shut the main off and got us emergency service to help. Thank you

    Terrible process if and when you need to use it. Long wait for return calls and intervention of service. You onlyvreach customer service and THEY tell you they will contact someone for you not allowing to talk to key people. There is a cost cap underwriters use that is not reasonable with contractors and claims are denied if they charge a fair price on repairs. You don't receive a reimbursement as discussed. If you cancel the policy they continue to charge you, so change or cancel the payment method immediately. No transparency or reliability. They never contact you when a renewal is coming which is clearly written in their policy.
