      What a joke! Our AC went out, we have the Platinum coverage plan. The adjusted claimed to have gone to our mechanic 4 different times to look at our vehicle, he flat out lied about this. I have been 10 days with out a car now and they won't even let me talk to a manager to handle this. Unreal! Hopefully I will get this resolved soon!
