    Overall they have been a disappointment and the machine has been a bust. Several issues. Nobody has answers or seems interested in helping. The Nayak credit card process they use is horrible. I wish I had not bought a machine from Everest.

    We've steadily bought four machines over the past three years. Everest has been a great partner to us the entire time. Our area is very remote, and our customers don't have any options to secure ice for their hunting or fishing trips. It's been a great business overall, and the machine is highly reliable and easy to use.

    I wanted to share my experience with the Everest Ice and Water vending machine. This machine has been an absolute game-changer as someone running a business selling ice and water. First, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to operate and maintain. Customers love the convenience it offers, and I've seen a steady stream of sales since I installed it. The ice produced by the Everest machine is top-notch. It's crystal clear, refreshing, and exactly what customers are looking for. The machine itself is solidly built, giving me confidence that it will withstand the test of time. Investing in Everest for my new business was an excellent decision. It has become a reliable source of income, and the satisfaction of providing customers with a convenient and high-quality product is priceless. If you're serious about running a successful ice and water vending business, I can't recommend the Everest machine enough. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

    Everest Ice has dropped the ball when it comes to communication and doing what is right with customers. I received two machines on July 10, 2023 that came off the truck defective. I took pictures and sent all photos and emails to Everest and after inspection Everest said both machines would need to be replaced. That process took a month to finalize. When we finalized our agreement we had forklift support guides underneath the machine however when we received our machines in July they were removed without my knowledge. The machines were 95k and now Everest wants me to pay a 30% restocking fee if I don’t just get them replaced. It’s taken them almost two months to come up with a solution. This isn’t good business for consumers at all. September will be here soon and my business hasn’t even started and Everest doesn’t care at all. Please know what you’re getting into when you buy a machine from this company.

    I’ve had nothing but a fantastic experience with Everest every step of the way. Receiving my machine took a lot longer than I expected but I understand that’s due to demand and supply chain. Machine has worked well for me and I’ve found service to be responsive. The only issue I’ve had was an issue with the fans in my ice maker, apparently a global issue with Scotsman ice makers, but Everest responded quickly and swapped them out at no cost. I’m happy with both the company and my purchase and I’m looking forward to buying another machine from them soon.

    I can honestly say, this companies service does not deserve even a single star. I have called multiple times to never get a call back. They send an email asking me to click on link only to find I need a password to order a part. Call back to get a password and told I have to wait for service tech to call back, of which he never does. I asked why they couldn't put the password in the email. Know one knew the answer to that question. They only apologize but nothing is ever done.
