      Truly exceptional service. Solar Source made it so easy to get solar; from sales to install to getting it running. Big kudos to ******* for always responding to my messages promptly. Will recommend them to my friends and family. Also, I will definitely be calling them to replace my roof as well, since they have roofing services as well.

      I had a new roof installed March 2025 Superior solar panel company removed the panels and reinstalled the panels at the completion of my new roof. At a reasonable cost.They're Professional, Friendly, patient staff. They left no debris. Closed the gate perfectly. Before leaving they explain what they've done and asked if I had any questions. I've had the solar panels since 2008. They're still running perfectly. The best Solar Company in *******! Thank you, ***** ******

      Outstanding service the technician was very respectful even though my situation was not what I wanted to hear is soft caring about my situation made me feel better. He took pictures and explained in detail how he had to solved my problems.He was young but very knowledgeable.

      Solar Source installed our 38-panel sys in 2016 * then upgraded the system by adding 11 panels * a 2nd inverter.On 11/1 I got an Alert on our SolarEdge Dashboard that there was a fault in the initial 38-panels * reported the issue to the Solar Source Service Support ********* *******. Ms. ******* responded quickly to what the error code indicated, * that Mr ******* will inspect the 38-panels.I did a lot of research * confused the issue with questions to Solar Source/Edge were we producing * sending energy to TECO, * felt that the inverter was the cause of the fault. Both companies responded to my inputs. ****** learned is that SolarEdge wants customers who have their equip deal directly with the company that did the installation. When you think of the technology in a complete solar system, it makes sense; my error was letting the faults * low production impair my ***********. ********* Mr. ***** came to the house as scheduled * started the investigation at the inverter. Mikes conclusion advised that the problem was being generated by a piece of equip in the first 38-panels. ****** Mr. ***** then went to the roof * at one point had the bottom row of solar panels up in the air giving them access to the wiring connections * associated hardware. **** advised that 1 of the panels was bad, not functioning properly * required replacement. **** briefed on the process and that it would take some time.True to form, Mr. ********* Mr. ***** demonstrated professionalism in how they conducted their work as well as providing me what the problem was * what is the fix action. Mr. ******* was part of the installation team * given that we use their Preventative Maintenance Program/***, which is accomplished yearly, Mr. ******* is the one who does our ***. I believe that the *** coupled with the professional cleaning of our panels 3-times a year by a former employee of Solar Source is what keeps our system working so well.       Price is great they show up on time and work real well in removing my solar panels so we could redo our roof. They took extra care to store all panels as well as cleaned up area thoroughly. Very efficient company Highly recommend

      Very professional. Because we needed a new roof, this is our second solar system from Solar Source for our pool. Quality work, great warranty. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.
