  Compass Mining is borderline a scam. They do as they wish with your miners. Your miners will mine when they want them to mine. They do not answer any tickets. Compass customer service decided to change my miner name. I told him not to touch my miner not to change anything or my miner would stop mining. He disregarded everything I said and did exactly what I told him not to do. Now my miner is offline he closed the ticket without even realizing that when he changes the name the miner stopped mining. They do not care about you after you buy the miner from them. Once they receive your money you no longer matter. All they are going to do is send emails for half of the month telling you to pay you fees while your miner has been offline for the past 2 months. They do not answer tickets. If they do its weeks later and dont even help in any way. I had no problems with the deployments of my 2 miners, they were fast with that. But its no use when the miner is mostly offline. They tell you they will give you 95% uptime. That is a lie. I am desperate to sell those miners right now. I want nothing to do with comoassmining.io don't wast your money, host somewhere else. I will be selling my two miners with compass and buy them elsewhere. Never ever in your life consider compassmining, you will regret it horribly.

  Terrible company and service. Invested over $100k into S19XP machines that ran for couple months, only to go offline for over 7 months. Zero communication that matters, "Their in que, it's being worked on, being inspected, waiting for them to be relocated" and so forth. Please DO NOT work with this company, because if you run into issues, you will be ignored. There are people that requested to receive their machines back, paid the bills for shipping, and still months later have not received their equipment. Total scam business attitude.

  They are the most unprofessional company. $20k spent on miners that havent been deployed and ask them to ship them to my home cause they were not running them I got a big bill and been wait over a month and still no miners. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against them.

  This place is a scam. They were almost a year late on deployment. I had paid almost 60k for 6 miners at the peak. They had invoicing for hosting screwed up and wasnt charging me for the correct amount they said. Then I get an invoice for over **** that I hap to pay or forfeit the miners. Now my miners have been offline for almost 2 months with only coming online less than 10%. Evry time I contact them they say everything is hashing as normal. Dont get scammed like the rest if us

  Wish I could give them zero stars. Terrible and unresponsive customer service. Billing is very inaccurate and complicated. I have had to flag multiple invoices. I ordered a S19XP miner to be delivered in Sep 2022, that has had no legitimate update on it's delay or issues. Compass has stolen thousands of dollars from me. Terrible, terrible company. STAY AWAY!

  Horrible company, miners not deployed on time, at the correct power rates or even at all. They will constantly modify their end of the contract and s**** you in the process. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I have ********* over $10k to these idiots so far and I'm still stuck in contracts with them, when BTC rally's, my miners all of a sudden need new power supplies, BTC drops and the power supplies start working again. TOTAL FRAUD.

  If I could rate 0 stars I would. I've been with compass since late 2021, I have over 20 ASICS with them. During that time, I've experienced a rapidly decreasing level of uptime and a horrible negative turn in terms of customer service.There is no way I can make back my investment now, and when I've raised issues with compass leadership I've been called a liar on ********* even though I've provided evidence in the form of ticket numbers.My only wish with this review is that NOBODY else makes the mistake of spending any money with compass.

  this is 100% a scam company! terrible service. they even swapped out ******** for something else cause they lost it. so much downtime. anytime bitcoin starts to rally they suddenly say ******** is offline. i believe they are mining illegally

  Also much as I would love to provide a positive review, their customer service is absolutely atrocious. As others have mentioned, miner uptime is a fairly significant issue. I understand they are just a middle man and dont run the facilities themselves. What is far from acceptable is their utter lack of responsiveness to questions or inquiries. We have a miner that has been at a repair facility for 6 months. I have reached out over a dozen times and havent heard back once. The absolute least they should be doing is responding to emails and holding their partners responsible.

  Compass is a rogue actor in the Bitcoin mining space dedicated to take deposits and never deliver units, disconnect units after delivery for mining themselves, billing issues, never answer tickets, etc. Hell on Earth.
