We switched to Evergreen about 6 years ago. Unlike the much larger provider we had been dealing with, Evergreen is a local business, and they take pride in doing a superior job. Whether it's a service issue, a question about what can go into the recycling bin, or notifying them not to pick up when we are away from home, they handle it all in a friendly but professional manner.
In the time we've been with them, we have only had one issue, which they resolved to our satisfaction after a single brief phone call.
This morning, I called to see if something is recyclable. Jannell answered the phone quickly, listened carefully, asked a question or two, and then suggested that I take a picture of the item and email it to them. She also provided a website and phone number I could use for additional information. Jannell was friendly but professional, and simply delightful to deal with. Thanks, Jannell!

Evergreen has been the best trash collection company we have ever used. They collect weekly even when it is a holiday. They collect even when the weather is bad. Other trash companies would not come up our narrow lane when there was snow.
Evergreen is easy to contact and gets back to us within a day. They have always addressed every concern that we have had.

Brianna was very helpful and friendly today as I was searching for trash/recycle removal for my new home. We've switched to Evergreen after our previous service provider kept raising prices at a ridiculous pace. I've called couple different places, and ultimately decided to go with Evergreen. Ty was my Evergreen service representative who onboarded me. She did a fantastic job explaining advantages of joining Evergreen without being pushy. The whole joining process was seamless and fast.
Once the services started, I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the trashcans, especially recycling. They were larger than what we used to have, which helped a lot. Overall, very happy with the service so far.Evergreen Waste Services

I’ve tried most trash services offered in our area in the past 20yrs and by far Evergreen is the best! Their customer service is outstanding and other companies (not just waste disposal) needs to take lessons…. Timely responses, ability to use text messaging with them and having their drivers as members on our community’s FaceBook page to always keep us updated on delayed pick up…. Brilliant marketing! Forever customer here!
Tylisha Webster was especially helpful today when I texted about todays pick up. She was professional and genuinely kind, going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied!
