Engaged Evergreen for three months while cleaning out my mother's home. (Had selected this service because for many years my mother had been satisfied with them.) I was more than satisfied. The pick-ups were thorough and timely. Communication by both phone and text with the office staff was efficient and helpful. Special thanks to Ciara for caring attention.

I sincerely appreciated the professionalism demonstrated by 2 Evergreen Waste Services employees - Ciara and Candis - on 2 distinct occasions. On 5/22/23, I called EWS regarding my trash and recycling not being collected on the previous week. Candis managed that call, provided me with the rationale, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She was professional, precise, and patient.
On the next day (5/23/23), I had the same high-level experience with Ciara. I had a follow-up question for EWS. Ciara was gracious, informative, and efficient. As I did with Candis, I asked Ciara if she was a manager. From my perspective, her (their) representation of EWS was that dynamic.

Evergreen has been a great business to work with. Very friendly office staff and drivers and workers. They replaced my broken can for me without me ever contacting them. The driver took care of that. Texted for a large item to be picked up and they immediately scheduled it to be done on my pick up day. Definitely recommend themEvergreen Waste Services

Great company. I contacted Ty today to assist with having a grill picked up. She promptly scheduled the pick up within minutes. I love that you can text requests to customer service. It's very convenient. Best part about the company, our trash guys turn the cans sideways after they pick up the trash. I love this. It lets you know that the trash has been picked up and you can retrieve your cans from the curb. And they put the cans back straight. We've had other companies that just puts your cans back any way and it makes the neighborhood look a mess with trash cans strewn halfway in the street. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new trash company. Their rates aren't bad either.Evergreen Waste Services
