Ty was very professional in helping my father and I transition to Evergreen trash services. She was very helpful and polite even coming in on a Saturday to help navigate the high volume of call backs in our area due to dropped services from another trash company. Spoke with TY today and she was very customer friendly and solved the issue that I had with reassurance plus very professional. On another note we are fairly new customers and the guys who do our service every week are exceptional !! Luv how they turn the containers sideways when they are empty. Many thanks .
