      They are the worst! On hold twice for 45 miniutes. STILL can't set-up on-line account. Customer service is close to useless!

      EzpassNJ increased threshold amount without any notification being sent to myself. Additionally frequent increases in Replenishment amount. I routinely check my statement since toll cost vary and are not posted at time of use.

      I spent an hour trying to reach a human. Once I did, I had to put my husband on the phone because he had a previous account 7 years ago with them. Only method was to fax. I spent another hour using their online chat and was asking questions. Then they said they had to speak to my husband who was in the room. After I asked if that meant we had to close the chat and then open a new one, the agent closed the chat saying they were citing my account for identity theft even though my husband was right next to me. It was the second agent to close the chat on us while trying to get information about how to resolve access to an account we do not have access to at all. Absolutely incomprehensibly bad customer service and threatening identify theft for someone who is literally in the room and can easily sit down at the keyboard, absolutely astounding.

      EZ pass PA has completely mucked up my attempts to change the name on our ez pass account after my husband died. In spite of more than 5 phone calls, mailing and emailing copy of death certificate—I now have 2 non functioning accounts in his name. Yet paying full price since they screwed it all up. They would not allow me to speak to a manager.

      *ALERT COMMERCIAL TRUCK DRIVERS* EZ PASS is a criminal organization that will double bill you and then charge absurd late fees. If you are driving thru Florida then Sunpass will bill you and EZ pass will ALSO bill you!!!!! They have been screwing me for over a year and I just found this out. This is why they DO NOT mail or email you letters of your monthly toll bills. You have to pay them $10 a month to send a monthly statement so you can turn around and prove that you are being double billed, These are some of the biggest criminals in the world. And guess what, your account can only be reviewed 6 months, so even though I have proof of being double billed by Sunpass and EZ pass for the same route for over a YEAR, ez pass says they will only review the last 6 months, and basically that they robbed me for the 6 months before that and I can kick rocks.

      EZ pass NY is what happens when you give the worst absolutely incompetent people the ability to charge people for an essential service with unchecked power. The online interface and automatic repayment calculation algorithm says a lot about the people in charge of designing them. Closing my account with them for good. I hope this incompetent tyrannical agency is shut down for good.

      Horrible customer service. They were rude when I asked to speak to a supervisor about a bill that i received. The toll violation was for $4 and i was charged extra totaling up to almost $100. I was asked to print out my ezpass information to show that I have enough funds in there to cover the 4 dollars and they would review to see if they're only going to take the $4. If they don't receive/review in time, then another bill will be sent, and I am sure it will be around $150. Absolute crooks! couldn't settle over the phone, they want me to waste my time and theirs to print and mail. absurd.

      This company is a complete and utter scam. Forgot to pay a bill for maybe 3 weeks - was fined almost $100 for this. I paid off my bill and am now being sent a new bill for .03 cents. THREE FUCKING CENTS? Is this company insane? They deserve to be shut down. Really despicable.

      Terrible customer service at EZ Pass in Auburn, MA . Supervisor very rude . Not helpful at all . They steal from customers and lie .
