    Sky mobile is a scam. Do not use them. They charge my bank eight times at four hundred and ninety nine dollars each three years after their services, this is a scam

    Today I had a fraud alert from my credit card company. A charge from skymobile llc connor bar had hit my card for 149.99. Apparently it was this company. I canceled them two years ago. I havent had any dealings with them of any kind since 06/2022. Be wary of doing any business with this company.

    I used the mobile hot spot roughly 3 yrs back- worked for 5 days and stopped- just was able to get a response to send the equipment back with in the 14 days trial- they did give me a refund- issue is every since then 2-4 time a yr i receive a charge ranging from $14.99-$300 to my account- when i get back in touch with sky mobile - its there sorry an error on their part and i get a refund- errors keep happing way to much and what about someone that doesnt keep a close eye on their account or doest have the funds to cover $600-$800 being taken out of their account and not refunded for 30-45 days- just wanted to let people know

    In the last 2 months they have builded my credit card over 100 times at $149.99 . There is no way to contact them. The phone number doesn't work, as well as the email and chat. My card company is working on reversing the charges but I have hours and hours on the phone trying to get done.

    woke up this morning to 6 149.99 charges from despite having canceled on 2022. I even returned the box I paid for to get them off my back. these people should be criminally prosecuted for theft. I've contacted my bank to challenge the charges but I'm on disability and they took 75% of my funds for the entire month. These are bad people taking advantage us.

    We had sent 7 emails to cancel our account in April. Skymobile never responded to email and charge our credit card 10 times in one month for $149.99 for each charge and maxed out our card. Then Skymobile charged a 2nd credit card 12 more times, all for $149.99 without authorization. We canceled both cards and disputed the charges Skymobile never returns emails. Stay away from this company. This company is a SCAM and needs to be shut down.

    I have been a customer of theirs for several years. While their customer service has always been pretty awful (it's hard to get ahold of anyone), I rarely had any problems until recently, in April, they charged my $129 fee twice. I didn't notice this until May when they charged my card twice again. As soon as I noticed the second charge in May, I emailed them (to support, info, and billing emails) and started a live chat. Then they charged me again the next day. Then again, then again, then again, and so on. They charged my card 11 times for $129 over a period of six days (plus the one extra charge in April) for a total of $1,548. They have refused to answer any of my communication. I was forced to start filing disputes on all of the charges (which will take at least six weeks for me to get my money back), and they continued charging me again and again. The only way I was able to stop the charges was to lock my card. And every day I'm getting notifications from my bank that they blocked another charge. I suspect they have either gotten hacked or gone rogue. For now, I say, stay away from this company. They are dangerous for your bank account.

    Multiple unauthorized charges over the past years after cancelling services. SkyMobile LLC has deducted MULTIPLE unauthorized charges from my account via debit card over the past year, AFTER having cancelled my account with a billing specialist, back in May of 2022. It started back in September of 2023. I checked my account and saw a charge from SkyMobile LLC in the amount of $550. That charge was followed by an email from a Mike Correa, claiming that I had not returned equipment for my service. First of all, they charged me up front before my service even began for what was presumably the equipment. There was no signed documentation to back their claim, nor could I find a contract or any paperwork with the device that they had originally shipped. So I gathered all of my supporting evidence, replied and then disputed the charge. I then cancelled the debit card originally used on the account and then got a new one. Just this morning (5/26/2024), I check my account and there are not one, but three unauthorized charges TO MY NEW DEBIT CARD from SkyMobile LLC, in the amount of $149.99. That amount is consistent with the monthly bill for service. I dont know what kind of operation they have going but this is not how you conduct business. I used them at one point but found a provider that costed less and made more sense.

    Haven’t done business with them in almost two years. They just charged me a random $150 renewal fee. Company is a scam, with horrible “customer support”. This place needs to be shut down.
