    DO NOT BUY THESE. They are blurry photos of the original quilt printed onto a blanket. The company will not issue a refund even though their website shows photos of the original quilt that you think you are buying while vaguely describing the entire product as a "print". The website shows people sewing a real quilt and photos of a charming looking shop full of real quilts. All the products for purchase depicted are of the original quilts NOT the awful printed version you would purchase. No refunds for the blurred photo-printed blanket even if the packaging is unopened. When you submit a return request via email (there's no phone number to call) it is denied because "we say it is a print on our website". There is no customer service phone number. SCAM. *******************************************

    ***** online purchase ever! I ordered the VIBRANT beautiful Midnight Wanderer quilted blanket. It is horrible quality. It's like they took a picture of a quilt and then took a scan of that picture and then faxed it to a printer that printed it on a $9 blanket for a discount store. This does not look ANYTHING like the image in their inventory. The order process was horrible from the start and customer service was non-existent, directing you back to the horrible order process. Run far away!

    Be careful purchasing any quilted product from Vantique. It is only a screen print of the quilt, no sewn in patches and definitely not quilt material. Very thin and not hand sewndesign on back is with an automatic setting on a machine. Not worth the price and they wont let you return it for a refund. Complete SCAM!

    BEWARE: VANTIQUE AND AGIFTCUSTOMIZED ARE SCAM INTERNET COMPANIES OUT OF CHINA I ordered a twin sized quilt from Vantique and was billed by AGiftCustomized. ********'s website advertised quaint hand quilted products. I ordered a twin sized hand-quilted blanket entitled "whimiscal chicken." The quilt that I received was not hand or piece quilted, instead it is an irregular sized piece of fabric with a printed pattern of chickens on it and random irregular machine stitching running all over it. A complete scam. Vantique's customer service offered to give me a full refund if I shipped the quilt back to an address in *****. I originally paid $79.99 + $10 for the shoddy piece of fabric. Shipping and custom charges to return it to their ***** location is more than what I originally paid. **************** said ********************** (again, I bought from Vantique but was billed by ***************) is headquartered in the ** but custom orders from "artisans" all over the world. When I asked for the company's US location and/or State of incorporation, I was ghosted. They took my money and ran. Buyer beware... to the extent you can be from these two sham internet companies. If I could rate them less than one star I would.

    I was very excited when I saw their Desert Cactus Spread online & ordered it. After the item arrived, to my amazement "I was very disappointed in seeing the product"! Online the photo looks like it's a quilted-3D quilt set. WHICH IT IS NOT. Yes, it's quilted together, & yes small thin black fabric border was added but the top of it is just a solid-printed top fabric cover.The stitched to putting the top printed piece to the bottom is sewn together. The border online photos make you think the pieces are sewn together which it IS NOT, IT'S JUST A SOLID PIECE OF PRINTED FABRIC JUST LIKE THE TOP PIECE. The photos online on website make it look 3-D giving the illusion of it more 3D effect instead of a SOLID PIECE OF FABRIC. I am very dissatisfied with this ************ contacted the company about what my options are in returning & getting a refund for the purchase.The company replied with reasons why they denied me returning the item or getting a refund. Their reply was nothing more than a business formula reply & certainly not responsive to any interest in attending to a legitimate customer complaint. Yes, I guess the company met all the fine print in the product *********************** for return. What it did not meet was conformance to the product photo in your advertisement. One of the criteria the company establishes for returns is the product "is not what you ordered". If the company was interested in full customer satisfaction they would have honored my request because the item I received "is not what I ordered". I ordered a product that the company photo advertised...a fully quilted central design & not a patterned central design. Again, I am disappointed with the company's lack of positive customer responsiveness. I want to assure as a customer make it broadly known that the company is falsely advertising a product based on a photo that misrepresents the product & that their "customer service" is quite lacking in reaching an equitable resolution.
