    Gave it a one star because you cant write a review without one. This is the worst company. I ordered an American flag table runner (red, white and blue) BUT the border and backing are grey!!!! Emailed the company and their response was website says product may not be exact as shown on the site. They say these are made to order but they probably just grab an already cut piece of fabric and throw it in the sewing machine. They charge you for shipping, they charge you for the package it is shipped in AND then ask for a tip. I spent $168 on a table runner and (2) sets of placemats. BUYER BEWARE!!! Will be reporting company to Better Business Bureau. Too late for me to dispute with my credit card company. My husband says thats what happens ordering that stuff online. Really wish I knew this before ordering

    If I could leave a negative star score I would. This company advertises items that don't fit their descriptions or looks whatsoever and when I reached out to see if I could return an item they straight told me no. A hundred bucks for a "quilt" that has zero batting, and isn't quilted at all. It's just two printed images on fabric sewn poorly together. ****! Never order from them! Their customer service is non existent and rude. Don't give them any of your hard earned money!

    One, only because there is no zero. The product is nothing like what it looks like on their webpage. Though customer's service replied to my email promptly, they then had me waste time by taking pictures and sending them so they could "see what might be wrong". They then denied any responsibility for selling a false product. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

    The quilt that was delivered did not match the photo. The quality is comparable to a $5 moving blanket sold by **************. My requested for a refund was denied. This is a total scam. Dont make the mistake I made!

    This company is a scam. The product advertised as hand made elegant quilt is anything but. It is machine stitched and looks nothing like the picture. Return policy is a joke.

    OMG......one step short of a scam. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. They look nothing like what is in the picture, not quilted. It's only a picture printed on a flat surface. Really, really ugly and very cheap looking. They do not give any returns for poor product quality and they say they give customer satisfaction guarantee but they don't. Never buy from them. ******!

    Ugly cheaply made product only resembles their pictures and they will not guarantee your satisfaction. I tried to request return authorization and was denied. Garbage product & company! Buyer beware.

    I ordered a pillow, pillow cover, and quilt as a gift for someone. To date they have never received and I never got a refund.I ordered a number of pillow covers for myself. The quality is so poor that the seams rip as soon as you try to insert the pillow. On the website it looks as if the item is hand stitched and is marketed that way but it is not. These are mass produced poor quality items and I wasted nearly $300. I should have done my research. The company makes it look as If your order is made in the ** by hand. Imported cheap c*** that falls apart and doesnt look like the photos. Will never order again. Buyers beware!!!0

    The pictures they show on live is nothing like what you get! The stitching is nothing like the stitching you receive. The quality is horrible the quilt looks like it is worth $25 and nothing near the $139, plus an addition fee of $4 plus dollars that is not mentioned anywhere! Please save your money, because it is a bait and switch tactic and they will not take the inferior product back!
