      I would give zero stars if I could. My order was cancelled. I’ve tried contacting Reserve Bar without reply. This was a Christmas gift and now I have to start all over!

      I apologize your order was canceled, ****** I see we replied 8 days after your email, which is atypical for our team, but we became extremely backed up during the holidays. We are making improvements to help us serve our customers better and I hope you'll give us another chance. Additionally, I understand your order was canceled because the item was out of stock.       I ordered a $4k bottle from this company and was supposed to receive it 11/28. They do not answer emails or phone calls, they also want you to wait 72 hours for a response to your email! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! WHAT A SCAM! When you call the phone number an automated recording says to text them at 9*********** I tried and no response - NO RESPONSE ANYWHERE!! Truly Aggravating!! STAY AWAY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

      I apologize for the issues you experienced, ********** Engraved items typically take up to 10 business days to engrave and ship and this particular bottle needs extra care with the engraver. Additionally, our team typically responds to inquiries within 48 hours, but we definitely got behind during the busy holiday season. I understand our team responded to you and your order was received on 12/2. We are a small team, but are making improvements to better serve our customers.       Awful company ran by morons. Placed an order right when a limited stock product was released. They stopped taking orders after two hours but my order was confirmed. The next day they released more bottles and started taking orders again. Instead of fulfilling mine first, they oversold on the second day and modified my order by cancelling 2/3 bottles.

      I apologize for the issues, ******** The Black Steel release was the first one we launched on our new platform and we definitely experienced some technical issues. We regret it did not go according to plan, but we have definitely learned from the issues and have made improvements.       This business is horrible. Placed an order which was suppose to arrive in 5-7 days. After waiting two weeks, I called multiple times but couldn't get through to a representative. Send emails to follow up & received no response. Finally got ahold of someone after three weeks only to be told its our of stock even though it's still listed on their website. No effort to reach out to tell me or to refund my money. Had to demand a refund, thru wanted me to wait until they had the items back in stock but couldn't tell me when that would be. So basically, they'll take your money but don't expect communication or your items to arrive.

We work with retail partners, who fulfill orders and shipments, and they should have let us know immediately if they were out of the items you ordered.       No response or communication of any kind for ten days and no fulfillment of my confirmed, paid for order. Do not see how to cancel my order or request a refund via reserve bar so I am going to have to refuse the charge through my credit card company instead. Awful non existent service. Will never do business with reserve bar again.

I see you placed the order on October 29th and it had not shipped by your initial reach out on November 4th. When we replied on November 8th, we were trying to get an ETA for you. As requested, the order was canceled and fully refunded on November 10th. It seems we can certainly improve on our communication efforts and we will use your feedback to make changes! I hope you'll give us another try in the future.

      Ordered 2 bottles of limited edition whiskey and received wrong, lower priced bottles that can be purchased at grocery stores for less than half price. Right upon arrival I sent the proof photo in email, asking for return label & refund on 10/23. No response. Sent mail again to customerhelp@ and customer_support@ on 10/25 with no response. Sent again today on 10/26. No response at all.

      Bottom feeders of the worst kind. My order finally arrived after multiple shipping problems. The bottle was unwrapped with the label peeling off and the 2 glassware were missing (one) and broken (other.) I was charged $46 for an item that sells for $34 from the discount liquor company they had ship it. If one buys 6+ is sells for $24 from the discount store. The glass—aside from being chipped—was of dime store quality and arrived in a dented box. I wish you allowed pictures! Never again.

      Horrible experience! I placed a gift order to be shipped to ******* ******* The Fed Ex failed to connect with the waiting customer four days in a row. I then asked for the package to be rerouted to me—the sender. Instead it was sent to ReserveBar and then to **** ******! It is now 10 days since I placed the order and my package is in limbo. Marked “delayed.” I finally reached a well meaning customer service person. I am still waiting and hoping the package will arrive.
