      I ordered a holiday gift for my husband. Website indicated that the item I ordered was in stock and ready to ship. I contacted the company a week later to see why the item didn't ship. They responded 4 DAYS LATER to say that there was inventory issues and they didn't know when the item would be available. I responded to say I'd like a refund and 9 DAYS LATER they responded to say that the item was still not available. There is no way to reach a human, response time is unbelievably slow, and they offered nothing in return for the mismanagement and inconvenience. I spent $100 and received nothing. I had to cancel the charge through my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

      Hi *********  We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the issues you experienced! Our Customer Experience Team is very small and became overwhelmed during the busy holiday season. Unfortunately, we were not able to respond to customers within our normal response times. We are taking action to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future! Additionally, there were issues with this particular brand's distribution, but we are making improvements and working with the distributors to improve the available inventory for our retailers. I see we did cancel and refund the order on our end and regret that you felt like we would not honor the refund without going to your credit card company. I am sorry we weren't able to fulfill your gift order and understand your hesitation in ordering with us in the future. I do hope you'll give us another try, though! Best, Sarah

      How is it Trustpilot and other ratings/review sites look positive for this company. My experience is similar to the countless number of people responding below on this site. Ordered a bourbon 12/12/22. Was to ship 3-7 days. Started reaching out 12/20 when UPS site only says "label created, not shipped". Customer service encounters as per other documented dissatisfied customers below...cannot reach a person. Text/email channels (as directed by their site) go unanswered. Horrible company.

Unfortunately, we were not able to respond to customers within our normal response times and also had to deprecate our phone channel. We have reopened our phone channel and have gotten back to our typical response times and are taking action to ensure this doesn't happen to us again during the holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. I'm happy to see we were able to get this delivered to you on December 29th, but will work with our retailers to improve shipping times.       Terrible customer service. Very frustrating. Ordered a special whiskey as a Christmas gift and it is impossible to get a response on my order status. All automated replies. Can someone please contact us? Wish I had read other reviews before placing this order.

      I am very frustrated with the communication and service from ReserveBar. I ordered a limited edition whiskey. I was hoping to receive it by Christmas but the representatives can't even find my order in the system. I provided a SCREENSHOT of my completed order. I used their TRACKER TOOL, which I think doesn't work. I've giving them like 2 more days then I'm going to call my bank and report them as a FRAUDLENT AGENCY. This is not the way you do business. I definitely will NOT be a repeat customer. I will also let others know NOT to use this company. What an UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE!!! I usually give people chances but I'm following my gut feeling and I will have to drive down to the distillery myself to get my product LOL!!!

      I ordered a special edition whiskey and they sent me the regular. Then they started jerking me around instead of replacing the item or giving me a refund. Now they won’t respond anymore. Will never use them again.

      Fairly certain this is a scam site - there is no possible way to reach a live person. I had an issue with my order's address, and immediately replied (as instructed) to the confirmation email. This was on 12/10 - auto reply said someone would contact me within 72 hours. It is now 12/19 with no response. The link I was texted to track my shipment is invalid, and you cannot reach a live person if you try to call the number provided. The automated system just loops around telling you to text another number for an agent. When you text THAT number, a chatbot just replies "Thank you for contacting us! Our team will respond as soon as possible, but may be delayed during this busy holiday season. In the meantime, you may find it helpful to track your order by following the link below. Thanks for your patience!" Meanwhile, **if** my order has shipped at all, it has shipped to the wrong location, with no way to correct it. Frustratingly terrible customer service.

      I'm a very frustrated consumer who has made unlimited attempts to connect with anyone at Reserve Bar and receive an answer on the status of a purchase made 27/Nov/2022. Im directed to "live support text", but no one replies, or a robotic operator asks me to leave a message for customers service, then am informed...Im sorry I didn't get that..please try again...after 5 consecutive attempts I ordered a specialty whiskey as a Christmas gift...can someone have the descency to respond and provide an update...I've been trying for weeks to get an update and have yet spoken to a human or received any Information on my order. I have even sent a message on LinkedInto the owner Lindsay Held. How can a company be permitted to operate this way. I wish I had read other reviews before ordering. Highly unethical business practice. With no response ill need to notify my credit card company of this fraudulent activity if no product is delivered ASAP. I'm.forced to leave a rating of atleast one star in order to post my comment...this is not an accurate reflection of my experience...

Back ordered items are items that our retail partners may not have in stock at the time, but can typically get from distributors. For this reason, they take longer to ship. I understand that this particular item was difficult to procure and we have removed it from back order. I apologize if our team did not make it clear that you were never charged for this item. Back orders are only charged when the item is packed. For that reason, you will not see any charges or any refunds. We are improving our back order process and inventory and hope you will give us another chance in the future.       Horrible service - verges on being a scam On 11/16 I ordered a special bottle of Bourbon as a Christmas gift for my husband. Received no info on shipping. On 12/5, I emailed asking for an update. Within 2 days, I got a shipment notification with delivery date of 12/11. 12/11 came...and nothing. Have checked tracking each day since, and the delivery date moves by one day each time. After a couple unanswered emails, I get a reply today that my order has been CANCELLED - less than 2 weeks before Christmas. Thanks for ruining a gift LESS THAN 2 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

It seems our retail partner fulfilling your order added a shipping label because they expected to receive their allocation of bottles. Unfortunately, they did not receive them from the distributor and knew they could not fulfill your gift in time.       I signed up for the membership, they took my money and told me I can’t get a refund. It says nowhere on my account that I am a member and I am not receiving any of the benefits I signed up for. I’ve had probably 12 emails/chats and nobody is helping me regarding the membership I signed up for only to be able to respond and say they will not refund my money.
