      Hi ********   I'm so sorry to hear about your experience! I see that there was a listing error with the SKU of this item. Our Tech Team has looked further into this and fixed the issue to ensure it does not happen again. I want to assure you this was not done intentionally and we hope it does not happen again. I see that we were able to offer 50% off of the item that was delivered for the inconvenience. I really do hope you'll give us another chance to provide you with a better experience!

      This company has no live customer service to help with real time issues or questions, only chat bot or text. Responses are either automated or takes several days even weeks for a response. Orders are cancelled without explanation after waiting for months.

      I would give Reserve Bar zero stars if it was an option. They utilize a bait & switch business model whereas certain items are posted at MSRP and once your order is confirmed they'll later cancel the order. When you go back to order the item it's then listed way over MSRP. In the meantime they charge your credit card then issue a refund. I do not trust this company and would strongly advise shopping elsewhere.

I was able to look into your order and I completely understand your frustrations with having multiple orders canceled. I want to assure you our Tech Team looked into this and they have been working closely with our retail partners to ensure UPCs are updated and matching the correct product. I also want to assure you that this error was not intentional. We work with many retail partners that set their own pricing. When checking out it may be coming from one store but next time could likely come from another store which would change the pricing. I'm very sorry that this is not more clear.       I am very disappointed in this company. The only reason I started using them is to get the “*********” Whiskey that is only available trough them . I paid $49 for yearly subscription for rare spirits and 2 hours delivery that later found that is not available in my area. You can’t get refund on the membership as well. But my biggest problem is ordering the ********* in November, changed my credit card in January 2023 and still not received. Customer service is horrible, just generic emails and you can’t get a proper person to answer your questions. After careful research the “competitive pricing “ they offer is very high and you can get better pricing in most alcohol stores. Another scam on internet!

      Placed my order November 27, 2022. Finally got a notice on JAN 10, 2023 that it was being shipped ****** ******NEVER had any tracking information. There is NO WAY to CALL ReserveBar and speak to a CSR. You have to send online messages and maybe they respond in a couple or three days. I have gotten nice responses from a couple of reps, but no specifics on when I could expect delivery. I explained the urgent nature of the delivery as I will be away for three weeks starting 2/4 and there will be no one to sign for it as it's whiskey. I finally messaged them today Jan 27, 2023 that I want to cancel the order and my $300+ refunded. I am not hopeful that I will ever receive the whiskey OR my refund. Very disappointed.

      I apologize for your experience with us, ******  Both our team and our store partners were overwhelmed with orders during the holiday season. As a result, we were significantly delayed in receiving and sharing the update on your tracking status. That is never the experience we want for any of our customers and I am so sorry that happened. Your order contained items that were a part of a presale and sometimes presale items experience distribution delays. Our retail partner fulfilling your order added a shipping label with FedEx as they expected their allocated bottles soon and wanted to have your order ready to ship once they arrived. Unfortunately, they ran into an internal error with their courier which caused a delay in shipment. Our store partner moved your order to UPS in order to process your order as soon as possible as it was already delayed. I see your order was delivered on 1/27/23. We have been able to reflect back on the holiday season and have made many changes to ensure we are able to serve our customers quickly and hope you will give us another try!

      2 consecutive orders cancelled long after they should have been delivered, the last one over a month late. And then they delay refunds by 10 days. I think they're a scam.

      Hard to believe this company has so many positive reviews. They took my order on 12/13/22 - a $400 order to be delivered to one of my largest clients. Not only was it never delivered, but reservebar never bothered to tell me this. Over a month later I tried tracking and there was no information. I've tried contacting the company. But that seems to be impossible. Their phone number just continually repeats to send them a text or use their online chat option on their website. There is NO chat option that I can find on their website. Texting just gets you an automated response saying they've received you text and will get back to you, which they have yet to do.

      I placed an order in Nov/22 from Reserve Bar. On Jan 10 2023 they advised that my shipment info was given to Fedex and I have been charged over $400 for my order. 8 days later, there is still no shipment update from either Reserve Bar, or from Fed Ex. The Reserve Bar tracking still only says "Shipment info sent to Fedex" nothing more. In Fed Ex tracking it says "A delivery date will be provided when we receive your package from the Shipper". I have sent multiple emails to Reserve Bar to inquire as to the status of my package, but have received absolutely no answer for over a week. Fedex is not answering me either. It seems I've been charged for an order, but no order is forthcoming.

      I will never order from here again. We never received our order and couldn’t get in touch with anyone live to discuss and be helped. It took several days to get an email response telling us that the order hasn’t been processed but no guidance as to how or when we would be helped. We went through this 3 time with no help and it took multiple weeks. Very bad experience and unfortunate that their marketing far outweighs their ability to deliver upon their promises.
