      Sunflowers showed up dried out and starting to rot. When I reached out to get a refund (with photo evidence) they offered a 30% refund which is BS. So much for their 'freshness gurantee

      Worst company ever! Very sorry I ordered from them. I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and they came very late in the day. What good is that? Then, today I received an email saying they were delivered today, which was ***** past when they were actually delivered! How screwed up is that!

      I was incredibly displeased with the service. I purchased flowers for a Mothers Day delivery. They kept pushing the date by a day each time and offered me a $4 discount. Eventually I had to reach out to see if the flowers had been delivered because there was no update. The flowers still had not been delivered and I received information that they would arrive on a Saturday (when the recipient would be out of town). The poor communication and dishonest business practices are enough to prevent me from doing business here in the future.

      I cant even rate them,,,,sent my Mom Morhers day flowers for either Saturday or Sunday, no delivery, called Monday was promised a delivery that day, no delivery, called again promised for Tuesday, they came Tuesday, woke up Wednesday petals on the table,,,really after 1 day ? Granted they gave me some money back but the flowers look dead already, Deal with a local florist,,,they are pitiful ,,,,horrible service

      Worst company ever. Couldnt deliver an order three days after it was to be delivered. I tried to cancel they wanted to offer me 50% off and they said they would deliver tomorrow. OMG I was pulling my hair out! Do not order from them!

      Did not deliver flowers on the scheduled day. No notification of delay were sent. Called to get a refund and cancel order 3 days after they were supposed to be delivered and was told they were out for delivery by 8pm. They still didn't deliver them. Called the next day (4 days late) requested a refund and was told they would deliver them tomorrow. Had to continue to insist that I get a refund. Refund is pending. Horrible service and the customer service center is sketchy at best.

      *************. Don't use FTD to send anyone you love flowers. They wont get there in time. 3 days late! And their customer service *****. ***** speaks or understand English. I had to hit 1 star but they really don't deserve any!

      I ordered flowers for mothers day, and they never delivered anything. I told them that and they only offered a 20% refund--for doing nothing!

      Received flowers as a gift. The greenery was covered in mold and the flowers were limp and dead. I tried to call customer service and received no help other than to call the person who sent them to me. When I shared what they looked like, the FTD representative asked me what I thought happened. Absolutely no resolution and would absolutely never recommend this company. ******** customer service!
