  This company came recommended by my realtor. The initial contact was efficient and I had expected a smooth moving experience. However the team arrived 4 hours late, had no real plan for emptying the house that was packed, had no cover’s available for furniture, dented and scratched a $4,000 refrigerator, slung a grandfather clock over his shoulder and placed it in the truck with no protection/ cover, dropped a computer printer on the ground, scratched hardwood floor while dragging a bookcase, packed so inefficiently that they ran out of room and could not fit all of the household as promised. Now that was bad enough but after having stored the household belongings in their storage area they moved to new location. One young man was sick and couldn’t do much and the other 2 did most of the physical labor. A box of glass items was dropped on the ground and the contents smashed. After unpacking I found the computer monitor was cracked and broken on one side, lampshades torn, glassware broken, picture glass broken, TV not working, several wooden pieces of furniture scratched. I have tried to get a refund and or a reimbursement for the TV, refrigerator, computer, printer etc. Because I am not able to supply the insurance company with a direct link (an impossible task) to each item they will not process the claim. I dude supply them with photos and complete descriptions. I did not receive the professional, caring service as promised and there was no obvious integrity involved. I have left many messages for the owner, vice president or any other PERSON to call me so that I may discuss this with them. NEVER called me back. This is just not right. My contract promised professional experienced movers with integrity and personal service. None of which was provided. So what did I pay for????

  This was our first time using a moving company and Hands on Moving was outstanding to work with. Our movers Shawn, Shane and Marcus were fast, efficient and most importantly kind and patient. We downsized from a house to an apartment. Our move was particularly hard, with lots of stairs and tons of boxes. They were careful with our furniture, wrapped everything, and dissembled and reassembled our beds. Nothing stopped these guys! We highly recommend them.

  I have nothing bad to say about Hands On Moving. I have used them for business over the last few years and they moved my household yesterday. Perfect crew, no damages, great office, Highly recommend them!!

  The team that moved me was unbelievable! It was a 24-hour move round trip and they were pleasant and careful throughout! This is the second move this company did for me and I'd recommend them hands down anytime!

  It is without a doubt that I would recommend Hands on Moving to friends and family! The service I received was absolutely incredible! In my first interactions with Reggie, Brianna, and Arleen, I was amazed at the excellent communication and how easy it was to schedule services. My moving crew, Devon and Daquan, were simply amazing! They arrived timely, introduced themselves, and looked at what they had to move. They got started immediately and loaded and unloaded from one location to the next within an hour! They worked efficiently and fast together. Though they worked fast, they handled all my belongings with care. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.

  Amazing moving experience. Movers were professional, energetic, fast, efficient. Nothing was damaged, everything carefully wrapped for transport, then unwrapped and placed where we wanted it. No wasting time. Couldn't have been a better experience and would highly recommend for any move!

  A pleasure to work with. It was easy to schedule, communication was great, and they did what they committed to do even when they hit some snags. The two movers they sent couldn't have been nicer or more committed to doing a good job. I can recommend them highly.
