- Additional Info:In July 2022 BBB investigated RootedFutureLLC’s owner, Eric Suchomski and the business practices. The investigation was prompted by a large number of unanswered complaints. All the complaints on file are the same; the business takes the money and never responds with information of the tree that was purchased. The consumers also stated in their complaints, “I found out that they are billing monthly.” “I never agreed to this reincurring charges to my account.” “This company has used my and others payment information to make duplicate charges to our credit cards.”
