Our office is currently closed as we are working virtually. BBB of Southern Colorado staff are still here to serve you. Please allow 48 hours response time to your inquiries. Since August of 1980, Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado has helped consumers find businesses, brands, and charities they can trust. It serves 25 counties throughout Southern Colorado. BBB of Southern Colorado sets standards for marketplace trust – to create a community of dependable businesses and charities – by encouraging and supporting best practices, educating consumers and businesses, celebrating business role models, and calling out and addressing substandard marketplace behavior. BBB of Southern Colorado houses over 23,000 reviews on companies in the region. In 2020, BBB of Southern Colorado processed 2,299 complaints.

Programs and Services
Excellence in Customer Service Award
The Excellence in Customer Service Award is a comprehensive customer service improvement program run by volunteers and all BBB Accredited Businesses in Southern Colorado are invited to participate.
Age-Friendly Business Certification
The Age-Friendly Business Certification program promotes age-friendly business practices and certifies Southern Colorado businesses as age-friendly through a review process on their physical environment, staff, marketing and customer experience.
BBB4Good
Our definition of a better business is evolving. More businesses are integrating social impact into their business plans. By connecting purpose to their bottom lines, social impact businesses are reshaping economies and reinvigorating communities. To address this growing new sector of the marketplace, BBB Institute partnered with local BBBs to launch the BBB4Good initiative to support and elevate purpose-driven businesses.
